Chapter Two

Tom's POV:

I woke up. Great. Another year at Hogwarts. Good thing it's gonna be my last. I don't have to see any of these pathetic losers anymore. I won't have anymore problems

Well the only problem I do have is my father is still missing. He disappeared after what happened with the Potters

Well I heard the baby survived. He's coming this year. Maybe I should get revenge for my father

Wait. I can get revenge on someone else this year instead

I put on a black suit. Put on my best cologne. And fix my hair

This year is gonna be so much fun.

I heard a knock at the door. Living alone isn't the best but also it's not bad

I opened the door. "It's you. Again."

It's was Malfoy and his son, little Malfoy

"What do you want?" I said

"Can you take Draco to the station with you? I can't take him." He responded

I looked at the little guy and back to Lucius

"Alright fine."

Draco came inside. I closed the door.

"It's your first year?" I asked

He nodded. "I ain't gonna hurt you. So you can speak."

He was still silent. "You hungry? I can get you something before we get to the station."

"No it's okay. I'll be fine." He replied

"What's going on with you? Are you scared that it's your first year? Are you scared of me?" I asked

He responded, "My father told me about your father. I find it cool but I never knew that he had a son."

I stayed quiet for a second. This kid could actually have a good life if he doesn't get involved with my father. I admit, my father is an asshole

But I still can't believe he doesn't remember me.

"Let's get going. We don't want to be late." I grabbed his trunk and put it in the car

"You're sitting in the back. I don't want anything happening to you while being in the front." I ordered

He gets in the back. I waited for his to put on his seatbelt on before leaving

I may be a Riddle but it doesn't mean I have to be a complete asshole to people. Well only to certain people I can be kind, but the rest is a different story

We got to the station. "Ready?" I asked little Malfoy

He only nods his head. I could tell he's scared. Not of me but something else. I'll have to gain his trust and see where that goes from there

We go through 9 3/4. There isn't a lot of people but it's gonna get full soon

We get inside of the train and sit in one of the compartments

Before putting the trunks away, I grabbed my book to read during the train ride. I put both trunks away

A few hours already passed

"Draco go put your robes on. We're going to get to Hogwarts soon."

He grabs his robes from his trunk and leaves. That kid must be really shy then. He barely spoke a word to me ever since his dumbass of a father dropped him off

He comes back a few minutes later. He just sits down, quietly

"Okay you've been really quiet. What's going on?" I asked

"I'm just a little upset my parents didn't come to dropped me off at the station themselves.." He whispered

"Look I ain't good at this comforting shit, but don't let that get to you. Maybe your parents had a reason. And plus you're with me. I'll be here for you all year." I shared

He just gave me a small nod. I got up and got on my knees to look at him since he's short

"You'll be fine. You're a Malfoy. Don't show emotion. Trust me, you'll be fine. If you need anything, just come and find me. Just know, no one messes with me." I winked at him. I pat him on his back

I got my trunk and got my robes. "I'll be right back. I won't take long." I say to Draco and left

I went to the restroom. I can't believe it's already my last year. I didn't actually think I was gonna last in Hogwarts. My father won't even see me graduate.

I put on my robes, fix my hair again. I opened the door

I see a girl. She was short. She had long, wavy, ginger hair, orange like the sunset. Smooth skin. Rosy cheeks. Blue eyes like the ocean. She has this scent that smelled so good. It was like a vanilla scent

Shit. It was Eleanor Jade Weasley. Great. I had to come across her

"Well isn't it a Weasley." I teased

"Fuck off Riddle." She hissed

"Already cussing? Wow I'm not surprised. I wouldn't mind telling your brother that you're disrespecting me again. Remember what happened last year?" I say

"Just leave me alone. And get out my way, I need to change." She replies

"Wow. You still haven't changed that attitude of yours. Not one bit." I walked closer to her and grab her chin. I look straight into her blue eyes. There was a silence between us

She grabs my hand. "I'm not playing these stupid games again Riddle. Now I'll tell you this one last time. Leave me th-"She was interrupted

"Eleanor!"

She turns around and let's go of my hand. Well it's the other Weasley.

"What the hell did we talked about." Percy says to her. She stays quiet

Well this is a free show to watch

"Sorry again Tom. Let's go now Eleanor!" She turns to look at me. I gave her a small smirk. Well this year is gonna be so fun

Percy grabs her and pulls her away. I watched them walk away

I smile to myself. I went back to the compartment

"I apologize for taking long." I put out

"It's fine. I have a question though." Draco says

"Go ahead and ask."

"Do you think I'll ever have true friends?" He expressed

I was surprised. I wasn't expecting that. "Well yeah. You're a good kid. You'll definitely make a lot of friends."

He just chuckled and I laughed. But I'm not lying to him. He's a good kid. He just needs to someone to help him

I knew him since he was little. But ever since my father disappearance, I didn't see him grow up. I've always been by myself. Maybe this year I could be there for him. He's probably going through a lot of shit as well.
