"Welcome back my queen." Nathan bowed as his black wings glided out from his back, as if opening up to me to the world I forgot about. All the worlds evil started filling into me, although it should seem as if it is a bad thing...It wasn't. The greed, pain, jealousy, peoples negative feelings were conveyed to me, fueling my powers. Nathan then stood tall, talking in Kikyre to another one of my knights. The girl was beautiful, long violet hair that shone along with the moon as the stars gathered around the night. Her eyes though, were completely gray, then I understood why she was here. Why she was brought to my domain. I couldn't help but burst into laughter. I needed blood spilled, now. This should be no surprise, this hell I created, was because I was so insane, I craved death and the torture of others.

"Nathan, who has taken my place til now?" I smirked, and I soon understood how anxious he really was. "A man named Murkos, he claims to be the rightful heir as he, is the most powerful." Now, that was hilarious, I walked towards him, scratching the side of his cheek as the blood and poison spilled from the wound. I licked it off my fingertips glaring at him- as I heard his screams escape through his throat.

"Tell me Nathan- whom do you fear more. Me or murkos?" I slid my hand under his chin as he collapsed to the frosty cobblestone ground-tilting it upward to face me. " Because trust me dear, Your life has no meaning to me if you say him." The fiery locks of my hair fell towards him, scorching his skin as they burned. The other woman stood their frozen, no emotion to be shown upon her expression. Things were getting interesting, I couldn't help but act this way. I rose my wings high as they finally outstretched, the black and white feathers sprawling out into the ink black coolness of the night. I licked my lips carnirously as he looked at me with fear in his eyes. He knew who his master was, I let go of him- taking an intrest in this man Murkos who has been running my kingdom for the last few decades. That, would not be taken lightly.

"You know whom you shall obey Nathaniel, the abandoned crow of the clan, Mirnerva." He looked back up at me as I steadied myself for flight, to the royal chambers where I could smell the aura of the man who has invaded my throne. I took no haste, he could not live much longer claiming to be the heir, and he won't leave unscathed.
I broke into a small run leaping at the end as my wings embraced the movement of the wind and carried me to where I needed to be. The room was warm, with golden curtains hung around to hide the enormous bed of silk black hue of linens. There- Murkos stood , in a calm and collected manner showing no surprise of my unannounced visit. "Ah- I heard you had awakened." Murkos heaved out , tracing his spider like fingers along the veils of golden approaching me as a I sat against the windowsill facing the sickly bony structure of his face, that was topped off with black beady eyes that never seemed to move. I let my wings disappear again into my outstretched back, as the bones within me rearranged to make room. He now stood so close to me I could smell the putrid stench of his clothing, I should have thrown up on him.
"You know why I'm here Murkos." I swayed my legs around , tapping my fingers on the gap of the stone brick castle where I had come through.  Murkos twitched in an instant, and I could feel what he was calling upon; he needed more power. I could tell he was nervous no matter how hard he tried keeping his composure - I could read his thoughts I could sense the fear. Of course, he wasn't much aware of this, his ego had gotten ahold of him letting him become weak and unprepared for this battle to come.  I held out my hand, letting the thorns free , poison almost bleeding from their petals. Murkos was struck with fear and uncertain of what to do. The vines filled the borders of the room enclosing the gigantic door so no one could disturb us. I got up, looking him straight in the eyes.
"Tell me now..." I circled around him; as he straightened his collar "why did you think you could control MY KINGDOM?" The words escaped from me in a demonic tone, sending a jolt of disturbance down his spine. The thorns now were enclosing him , TIL there was very little space he could step upon. Trapped. Murkos shifted nervously, biting down on his lip. I automatically new what he was going to do.
I snapped around him pulling the chain of his amulet away from his grasps , yanking it off his neck. "Nice try, to call upon your ancestral power my little prince . However even then you would loose. Their powers are no match to mine." I giggled as he froze, I pushed him into the vines passionately full of deadly toxins awaiting to populate his body. They filled him so fast and ended his life he didn't even have a chance to yell. Powerful? I didn't even waste a drop of mine. The amulet of his turned to ash, the embers slowly falling to the ground. I eyed around the room, collapsing to the bed.
"Who am I ...?" The words danced out of my toungne, the bitter thought still encaged me. There are two of me now ... The Mariana Jameson .. And the Mariana the rose thorn queen . Both of the mes were entangled inside me- battling eachother it seemed like a siblings craving; fighting for attention. I couldn't even be more confused I didn't want to face the fact I had no clue who to be. Who I really was. Or what really happened to me. Nothing seemed clear anymore; fogged and unwelcoming. It felt like I've been here for days...
At that instant Nathan flew through the window, kneeling before me.
"What is it?" Confused I was.
"Evan.. He found a way here." The reply found a way to shake me. How did he get here so soon?
