"Baby!" mom smiled turning around and swooping her into her arms. Me, Josh, Keath, Calvin, Jewl, and Bean all stood there with our mouths wide open. Brook looked over at us grinning. Dad kissed her cheek.

"Hey Little Red, where were you hiding?" Josh said.

"I was in my room napping" she said. My eyes narrowed.

"Thanks for watching her Robin, here's the $100" mom said putting it in my hand. Then they both went upstairs to unpack. Brook walked over to us crossing her arms

"Alright you little devil, where were you?" Bean snapped.

"I was over at Emily's house down the street. I figured since Robin wasn't looking for me anymore anyways, why not?" she said.

"I swear to god if you say anything to mom and dad about this i'll literally kill you" i threatened. She shrugged.

"Maybe i'll tell, maybe i won't. That depends, what's in it for me?" she said. Brooklyn looked over at the stairs hen back at me.

"You have to drive me wherever i want for the next 2 weeks" she said.

"What? no way!" i protested.

"Fine" she shrugged.

"I wonder how long mom and dad would ground you if they found out about this dirty little secret" she said checking out her nails.

"You little a**" Bean said.

"Fine" i groaned. Brooklyn smiled.

"And you have to stick to it" Brooklyn said. Then she skipped up the stairs.

"You totally have to get her back for this" Jewl said.

"Nah, she'd just come up with something worse, like pushing herself down a flight of stairs or something and blaming it on me" i said.

"Shoot, i wouldn't care if she blamed me for it, i'd probably end up pushing her myself anyways" Keath said. I laughed.

"I'll tell you one thing though, that is one smart b****" Bean said. We all nodded.
