Part 7

Blood clots, heat

Joy never lasts with a chronic injury. Getting the cast off and be given the all clear to start training to go back. Eddie without a second thought signed for Buck to go back to FD, it is his home, his family. Then he started getting blood clots, Eddie made Buck take his medication religiously. Then on days he refused to get out of bed forced him too. Thats how he and Buck ended up on the pier. The tsunami scared everyone. Eddie thought he had no reason to worry, he thought Buck had taken Christopher to the zoo, Hen saw Buck's post on Instagram from earlier in the day and decided not to worry Eddie. Buck's omega side was aching after loosing Chris, he was frantic, Chris was his child in every way but genetically. He hadn't even regained his heats yet.

Buck had never seen Eddie so mad when he found Buck but no Chris. One thing the 118 knew is that Buck would never have given up, Bobby immediately embraced Buck but Eddie spotted a woman carrying a bundle in red, "Chris!" He shouted running over, "Daddy," he exclaimed with joy, "Are you Buck?" "No I'm his dad Eddie," Eddie responded taking Chris in his arms, "He was asking for Buck," Eddie carried Chris over to Buck who cuddled him like a baby. "Buck," he looked up confused at Eddie, "Bobby, Hen, Chim!" He shouted barely catching Buck as he fainted and hold Chris. Eddie had to stay with Chris so he gave Bobby explicit permission to be Buck's stand in.

Everything was starting to become so overwhelming even with help. Eddie turned to fight clubs at Lena Brosko's encouragement and Buck's lack of knowledge. He noticed the bruises and the mysterious money quickly, "Eddie please stop shutting me out," Buck begged standing up, "If it's me tell me Eddie I don't want you upset," Buck moved closer then suddenly felt the slick between his legs, "Crap," "You've started heat again," Eddie chuckled he ran his fingers through his hair, "I'm going out," "Eddie, Eddie I need you, Eddie where are you going?!" Buck demanded but Eddie had already shut the door. Chris emerged, "Buck you alright? I can smell you from a mile off," "I'm fine Chris what do you want for tea?" "Chicken nuggets," "I will do them in a second bud," Buck smiled rushing to the bathroom to clean up.

"Chris I need you to be a big boy tonight," Buck asked massaging his stomach, "Your the alpha when your dad's away," he kept a brave face on but his body was yearning for Eddie. Once he got Chris in bed he sat under a cold stream of the shower but it did not help anything, slick dripped out in clumps. Eddie hated it when Buck played with himself but he has to this was torture, it's a vibrating plug nothing wrong with that. Crawling under his duvet he stole a glance at the time, it was 11. Where the hell was Eddie, he wasn't cheating Buck never smelt anyone else on him. He carefully inserted the plug practically bucking his hips at the sudden pleasure, where the hell was Eddie, he needed Eddie.

By morning he still wasn't home, Buck tried him again but his phone was still off. Not ideal at all. He got Chris ready for school before putting on one of Eddie's hoodies and jogging bottoms then drowned himself in body spray. "Chris come on!" Buck yelled shoving his lunch into Chris's bag, "You're gonna be late for school," he shouted by the door, the door bell rang. Armed with a metal lunchbox and a late kid Buck threw open the door, "You back to bed," Bobby ordered taking Chris's school bag, "Thanks Dad, Chris your grandad's taking you to school," "Where the hell is Eddie?" "Your guess is as good as mine," Bobby had a look of fury in his eyes.

On the way back Bobby swung by the police station to see if he could see Athena, what the hell was Bosko's car doing here. Just on time the pair walked out of the station, "You have better have a good explanation you to," Bobby growled, "I got arrested last night I was on my way to a fight club and took a swing at someone. I called Brosko to bail me out," "You idiot if you were having a hard time you should have come to me," Bobby fought not to raise his voice, "Hell you could have called me!" "I didn't want to disappoint you," "It's not me who you should he worried about. You left Buck on his own during his heat. Get your ass in the car I'm taking you to shops to get some chocolate as an apology to your mate and my son." The drive was silent. Bobby kept a hand on Eddie's shoulder walking him into the house, "Hey Buck brought you some shopping and a surprise!" Buck stumbled from the bedding wearing Eddie's clothes, "Eddie," Buck mumbled, "Where the hell have you been?" Buck cried, "Buck I'm sorry," Eddie was bawling, the two embraced crying in each others arms.

"Thanks dad see you on shift," Buck smiled, "Seriously Bobby thank you," Eddie thanked. 

I cannot wait to finally reach season four timeline.
