A Special Witch

Chapter 5:

I woke up that morning feeling very dirty so, I went into my bathroom and took a shower, but first I look at myself in the mirror. The person in the mirror had brown wavy hair, it went to her waist and it looks like she just woke up and had these strange colour eyes. They’re green but with these strange slivery rings in them. When I become cold and mean my eyes become solid like their some sort of walls to keep people from seeing my soul. So, this is what I look like to people. It sent chills up my spine. Why do I have to be so strange? Aren’t I strange enough with my special powers? I stopped looking and turned on the shower and stepped inside.

The shower felt good. I headed downstairs, but I don’t hear anything. That’s odd there always noise. Something is going on. I carefully went down the step one at a time. When I reach the bottom step. I heard a car door slam and I headed right for the window to see who’s outside. I see everyone: Christophe, Anthony, Nick, Kathryn, and Jeremy, but there is a sixth out there. I could only see its profile but I knew right then who it is. It’s my brother.

“What the hell is he doing here?” I muttered. It looked like he heard something and turned in my direction. Then I saw it. The chalky skin, the red rime around his eyes. I can’t believe what I’m seeing. He’s a Vampire. I crept closer to the door that is left a jar.

“Would you please let me see my sister then I’ll go?” Lucas asked.

“Sorry she’s is asleep,” Christophe said calmly. I don’t get how he could do that.

“She not anymore, I just heard her,” Lucas said just as calmly as Christophe.

“Well we’re still not letting you go see her,” Jeremy said impatiently.

“Please, I just want to see her one last time. I haven’t seen her since she was 15,” Lucas begged.

“No. Now get off our property. What do you think she be like when she sees you like this? Would you think it would be better for her to have good memories of you and not bad ones?” Anthony said. Anthony always looks out for me even if I don’t understand some of it.

“It’s too late she already saw me. She’s listening right now,” he looks around them and pointed at the door where I stood behind. Does he have super sonic hearing now too? God I feel left out now.

Nick sighed. “Ok fine, Elena come outside, we know your there.” Nick requested.

“Uhh I rather not.”

Jeremy snorted. “Now Elena is scared of vampires even though she took on two yesterday.”

“I’m not.”

“Is too.”

“I’m not.”

“Is too”

“Not”

“Would you guys stop once in a while? You guys are acting like children and how old are you guys?” Anthony said.

“22,” Jeremy said

“7,” I said

Everyone except Lucas laughed.

“Fine,” I opened the door but didn’t move from my spot.

“Oh I see you cleaned yourself up,” Kathryn said.

“Yea, It felt like I still had that blood on me from last night,” I said and shivered.

“Ok Lucas you got a good look at your sister. What are you still doing here?” Jeremy said impatiently again.

“I’ll see you later sister,” He said and left.

“We’re not brother and sister anymore!” I yelled and he paused. “And if I ever see you again I’ll make sure that my stake goes through your heart. So stay away from me and my friends got that?”

I don’t know if he nodded but he at least left.

“I’m sorry Elena but you weren’t supposed to see that,” Christophe said.

“It’s ok I’m glad you thought about that but I’m glad I know what he is now so I don’t have to worry about him again until he does a stupid move.” I explained myself. Then I knew what is going to happen. I could feel it. Being sucked in my broth–Lucas’s mind. I began to tremble.

“Elena? Elena can you hear me?” Jeremy asked.

“I think she doing that weird telepathic thing,” Kathryn assumes.

Now I’m completely inside his head unaware of my own body.

“Lucas why did you do that? You could of got her,” a vampire I don’t know said.

There were six of them altogether including Lucas.

“’Cause there are six of them there,”

“Then we could go now they won’t know,” another vampire said.

“I don’t know. She is my sister,”

“If you don’t go for her I’ll will. She a witch for god sakes Lucas she’ll will taste betters then any human you had so far,” the first vampire said.

“Fine, but wait about an hour so they think I’m actually gone is that ok with everyone?”

They all cheered in yeses.
