A lovable dorky goofball delivery boy for Vaggie's Noodles. He's kinda scatterbrained and doesn't have a lot to do as far as responsibility. But he does look up to the legendary Demon King, a mythology figure who supposedly disappeared after sealing away the Demon Fox Queen with his legendary staff.
However, in a fit of luck, he has somehow ended up as his apprentice and successor. Much to the anger of many of the Demon King's enemies. Who also seem concerned if Baxter is in the right mental state everytime he says who his mentor is.
He's slowly getting used to his powers but is also very nervous about it.
