Charlie is Vaggie's wife and a constant freeloader of noodles. Despite her less than stellar tab, she is a very kind and warm hearted individual. Always there to offer advice and lend a hand.
She loves regaling Baxter with tales of the Demon King and his exploits. Though she hopes these tales teach Baxter lessons of patience and such.
She was very stunned when Baxter became the successor of the Demon King but supports him, even helping him come up with his own nickname, Demon Kid.
