I needed to get out of here

I needed to get out of here. I thought to myself as I ran down the stairs from the bedroom, that I was just in. This party was so huge it's making me claustrophobic. On top of that, I can't find Olivia anywhere. "Excuse me, do you know where the bathroom is?" I asked the stranger.

He nodded and replied, "Upstaris to your left." That was the last place I wanted to go, but I needed to go to the bathroom. I thanked him and followed his directions. When I found it, there was a huge line. Crap. Maybe one of these bedrooms has one? I went to one of the closed doors and opened it, revealing an empty bedroom.

Bingo.

I walked around the bedroom and found an empty bathroom. Once I used the restroom, I pulled out my phone and dialed a number.

But he didn't answer. I sighed and dialed a different number.

"Hello," Olivia answered. She sounded like she was doing something that made her out of breath.

"H-hey, where are you?" I asked, caught off guard. A loud groan made me shut my eyes, realization came over me. She was having sex. I wanted to barf. Nasty.

"I'm busy. Find a different ride," Olivia huffed, mad at me. She hung up the phone. I held the phone in my hand, still shocked.

What was I going to now? I asked myself. I pinched the bridge of my nose. Crap.

I opened the bathroom door and then stepped into the bedroom. I needed to get out of here.

After walking through a bunch of drunk groups and couples, I finally found the front door. I wasn't really sure where I was, so I couldn't walk from here to my dorm. Where was I?

"Why did you run away?" A familiar voice spoke. I gulped and turned around, my front facing them now.

Brayden Davis

How could I make a quick excuse up? "Um...I got an important call," I said.

Brayden gave me a look, but I ignored it. Something I wasn't familiar with.

"Do you know where we are?" I questioned. At lease I could put him to use somehow. Since he was the only person I "knew" at this party.

"Yeah..." his eyebrow raised.

"Okay, can you tell me. I have to go."

"Maynard St." he told me. Shit.

"Okay, thanks." And with that, I start walking.

"Nora!" I ignore him.

"Nora!"

I stop and turn. "What?"

"It's going to take you like 20 minutes to walk back and it's dark. It's not safe. Let me drive you." He exclaimed.

"Didn't you have alcohol?" I asked.
