                                 Kate's POV

I replied back to Castle and told him " I was doing well and that I was on a case which was hard because no  leads were popping up." He responded by saying " just relax and calm down, a clue will pop eventually or there could already be a clue there that you did not realize was a clue at the time." I texted back " your right, but enough about me, how have you been ?" He texted back " I've been good, working on my new book, nothing much." I responded with a laughing emoji then said " I can't wait to read this new book and see what's it about. Can I get any hints?" He responded " are you asking for spoilers Kate? How dare you ?. I couldn't help but laugh out loud and Esposito and Ryan gave me a weird look. I quickly said "sorry." I started thinking back to what Castle said. I started raking through my mind to see if I can remember anything unusual and that's when it came to me. The stamp on her hand. I got up and went down to the morgue. I asked Lanie " could you show me the stamp on her hand again or a photo of it?" She replied " sure, what are you thinking? I've been doing a little research in my free time and the stamp is not from any of the nightclubs. It's weird." She showed me a photo of our Jane Doe's stamp. I told her "thanks" and started running it against stamps that were in our data base. Nothing came up. Damn it. I was getting annoyed because I thought this was a clue but it turns out I may have hit another dead end. This is going to to be a long day at work I told myself. Hours passed, while I did paperwork for other cases and it was nearing dinner time. I told myself I would call it a day and head home. I brought a folder with a picture of the stamp with me home. When I got home I threw the folder on my kitchen counter and went to take a shower. I had no idea what I was about to eat for dinner. My phone started to ring and it was Castle. I answered " hi, how are you" he replied " I'm doing alright, do you mind giving me your home address?" I replied suspiciously "why?" he then responded " do you trust me ?" I replied back " maybe, I don't know" he then laughed and said " just take a leap of faith." I did end up taking a leap of faith and gave him my address. After a few minutes had passed, I heard a knock on my door. I opened the door and there was Castle with food in his hand. I looked at him and said " hi, come on in." He put the food on the counter and went to wash his hands. He then said "so I brought Chinese food, I wasn't sure what you would like but I got you spare rib tips, shrimp fried rice, a vegetable egg roll and a sprite. I got shrimp lo mein, garlic wings and an egg roll for me." I smiled because this was so thoughtful of him to do. I said " thank you so much Castle, I appreciate it." We sat and ate. He got up to through away the garbage where he saw the folder with the picture of stamp just laying on the table. I said "Castle" in a warning tone. He held his hands up and said "sorry, I was just curious." He then said " why do you have a picture of Marlowe Preparatory's school dance stamp?" I looked up at him in shock......
