Lady Daylight and Darkness

Chapter Eleven

As I stepped into the forest the voices went away except one atlas looking for me. I ignored him and kept my search for land I could build my own court on. Monsters attacked me for leaving my mothers side I killed them just by looking at them some of the monster didnt even dare to look at me the forest glowed bright while I just illuminated darkness around me I was more than angry I dont even know how I got to the center of them forest without burning it down. As I found land to build my own court, I got to work. There were already a few boxes there and when I opened them it was everything to build my court with as I did.

Everything was perfect. I was now the high lady of darkness. It's more fitting for me. My court is now a court of darkness. Nobody gets to control me not now and not ever and if they want to start war go for it i'll be ready. Days went by as people started to merge into my land new people I hadn't seen before and some people I have met before but I was no longer the loving high lady they knew before I was mean and ruthless to anybody and everybody. Some people left because they hated the way I worked or my rules, mainly new people left and word got around that the high lady sun had built her own court.

Letters were sent from my mother,father,moon and atlas and many other courts around the world asking about the court. Many people didn't go trying to find our courts because of the forest.

I went on my walk as I possessed fire releasing it onto the forest burning it to the ground so nothing let of that wretched forest and the rest of the monster I captured them into a cage in my basement I could hear screams as the forest burned down as I laughed along with the forest I also saw spirits that had died into the forest be released.

"Your delusional" A voice said I turned around seeing atlas standing there my heart sank. I cared for him but couldn't love anybody. "I figured you burn this forest sooner or later" He explained I didn't talk and didn't give him the satisfaction he came here for. "I always knew something was up with the courts in Pulchritudinous that's why I left it didn't add up so I ran away starting my own court called it sunflower Im the high lord of flowers they like to call me your mother tried to overthrow me that day you left so I threw her out with the help of my father" I said "I went looking for you in the halls but you were nowhere to be found so I looked for you in the forest for a while for days,months but I couldn't find you anywhere" He added he stepped closer and closer to be until I could feel his breath on my face "I wanted to make sure you were okay and you weren't hurt I never stopped looking for you sun I was just lucky enough to catch you burning down the wretched forest today" He said grabbing making me look at him in his eyes.

His emerald green eyes I couldn't look at him. I turned to walk away from him "don't go sun please"He begged I turned my head looking at him "Don't come looking for me"I told him as I walked away with tears in my eyes I loved him I know I do but I cant have him. As I got back a small child came up with a letter as I took it. I read it from atlas. Three words "I need you" I couldn't go back not after what I heard not after what I said to him. Months with no sleep when I heard the new "War was happening with the highlord of flowers and moon" As I got dressed that day I left my main guard in charge while I left and told him don't make dumb decisions or I'll murder you. I had a letter from him "War is happening I need you on my side" I didn't want to go back not after I said that but I couldn't leave him defenseless. As I walked down the path leading to the court of sunflowers I noticed a lot of the paths were covered with items related to their highlord or lady.

As I got to the entrance of his court he was waiting on me. I looked at him while he held out his hand for mine. I let him hold my hand and kiss my hand. "Thank you"He said as I nodded as we headed into the meeting there was one spot left for me like always. Everyone was talking and sitting, nobody I recognized as I sat down the room got quiet he began speaking. "Thank you everyone for coming on such short notice but I need everyone's help with this. I don't want this war but I'm defenseless. I have nothing and if I'm going to be in this war I need armies" "Why is the war starting"Someone asked "He stole something of mine and I asked for it back and he told me to go screw myself I stole sun so he could have this" He explained I realized what he stole before any questions where I asked I got up and left going to moon. As soon as I got on his lands he came to meet with me "Give it back"I hissed "Why should I he stole you"He said "I was never stolen you abandoned me and I left and I left him"I said "And what exactly do I get into return if I give him it back?"He asked "How about I don't murder you"I hissed at him "How about no" He said "Fine if war is what you want then bring it on" I said walking out of this land.

As I was walking back, Atlas ran to me "Where did you go?"He asked "Went to talk to him."I said "Nothing worked did it?"He questioned me "No" I said looking over at him "A bond." He said, holding his hand out "What?" I asked "The powers I have left I can make a bond with someone it needs to be you"He explained "It'll create tattoos on you most likely flowers"he added I took his hand the rest of his powers showed creating flowers of all different types up to my elbow and to my fingertips.
