Discrimination is a pestilence that infects every corner of society, seeping into the cracks between continents, countries, states, tribe, race and even genders. Like a virus, it mutates, evolving its insidious nature to adapt to its surroundings, finding new hosts to infect and new victims to torment.

And yet, the sickness of discrimination stretches even beyond the realm of Earth, for its malignant
tendrils are found their way into the celestial realm itself.

In the celestial court of Heaven, a divide exist s between the so-called "pure bloods"— being directly crafted by the hand of God, like Adam and Eve,— and those considered "impure", a cruel categorization  with ramifications the ripple throughout the vastness of the cosmos.

In the sprawling places of Heaven, a hierarchy was established that cast a stack divide between the "pure bloods"—the angels who were the first born children of God, anointed as divine servants to do his bidding– and the "impure bloods", those angels whose lineage could be traced back to the pure bloods, descendants of divine creation.

In a world where perfection was prized, and any deviation from the established order was viewed with suspicious and contempt, the impure bloods bore the burden of their ancestry, a mark that was impossible to conceal.

In a heavenly hierarchy, the law that
set the boundaries of purity and impurity had been newly drawn, like a rigid line in the celestial sand that
caused the firmament to quake with its tremors.

In the midst of this tumult, angels who had previously held positions of
power and influence were cast aside, stripped of their rank and relegated to positions that left them impotent and humiliated.

Among the ranks of the demoted was Tophiel, an angel who had once stood proud and valiant, defending the celestial realm's first planet, Oselis.
A new rule was brought forth from Heaven that all Deputy commanders of Guardians of all planets that are not of pure blood be demoted and a pure blood guardian put in their place.

The next day after Tophiel visited Midhiok, he was ordered to make an appearance in the Guardians' court at Oselis for a reason everyone are well aware of.

The Guardian's court was a place of solemn grandeur, designed to inspire awe in even the mightiest of heavenly beings. The Hall's vast dimensions stretched into a distance like an
endless cathedral of marble and golden light, it's walls covered with tapestries of the finest linen, woven with the symbol of the Guardians.

70 deputies from major universes across the multiverse sat on each small throne, 12 guardian angels stood across the edges of the room.

At both sides of the Supreme commander's throne stood two Guardians. Their faces stern and unyielding, their bodies encased in robes and accented with golden bands that crowned their heads like halos.

At the large entrance the announcer's voice echoed through the room.
"EVERYONE RISE TO WELCOME THE 9TH GEM, THE HONORARY SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE GUARDIANS, THE ARCHANGEL AND PRINCE OF THE MULTIVERSE, ARIEL ORION MORNINGSTAR AS HE ENTERS THE COURT!"
Every deputy present in the room stood immediately with their heads bowed as Ariel walked into the room and they didn't sit until he was seated.

Ariel sat gallantly on his high throne like the boss he is with his golden sword placed beside his throne.

"Let's begin," he started and signalled Neil, the left guardian to begin with the proceeding.

Neil spoke in a deep but soothing tone.

"There are only three agendas on the list today my Lord"
