𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑. Meaning, that it was time for the Founder's Party that took place every year in the Lockwood Mansion. Veronica always looked forward for these parties because it meant that she could have fun with her friends, although they can't drink because all of their parents would be there. But, it was fun even without the booze.
Veronica, Caroline and Bonnie decided to go to the Mystic Grill for lunch before the party while Elena was at home looking through her family's heritage for Carol Lockwood to put on the display for the party. Veronica never understood how she was invited to these parties considering that her family isn't a founding family. Except her Mom did tell her that her Dad's family was apparently a founding family so that counted. Although, Veronica never knew what her Dad's last name was. When her parents were getting married, he decided to take Lori's name because it was nicer and he preferred it; that's what her Mom told her.
And since all the guys are taken, Bonnie and Veronica are going to be each other's dates. Elena has asked Stefan, which the girls don't blame her considering they're a couple and Caroline has decided to ask Damon. Veronica doesn't know whether to tell the blonde about Damon wanting to kiss her, but since she pushed him off, she just ignored it. But ever since, she became so uncomfortable every time that Caroline has spoke about him.
"You're taking Damon to the Founder's Party?" Bonnie questioned harshly at Caroline as they walked through the door. They sat down at a four seater table with Bonnie sitting across from Caroline and Veronica.
"Yep." Caroline nodded in return as she settled down in her chair.
"What about your mom? Is she okay with you bringing Damon?" Bonnie asked, a slight scowl on her face which Veronica doesn't blame her for having. She knows Bonnie doesn't like Damon especially after her vision about Stefan. Veronica also told Bonnie that Damon tried to kiss her the other night but pushed him off. So she's assuming the Bennett girl doesn't like him after that too.
"And I'm supposed to care why?" Caroline rolled her eyes and gave her friend an obvious look.
"He's Older, Sexy, Danger Guy." Bonnie mumbled, quietly fiddling with her fingers. She thought about telling Caroline about Damon almost kissing Veronica but she fought against seeing as how much Veronica doesn't want the blonde to know. And it's not her place to say.
"Older, Sexy, Danger Guy." Caroline repeated in a mocking tone. She smirked teasingly at Bonnie. "Is that an official witch Twitter tweet?"
