I was at school.
It was lunch.
Ruby and I were in the cafeteria in the line of people.
We went later for lunch because there were always many people in the line, and I was very impatient.
It was a couple of minutes later.
It was our turn.
I ordered a sandwich and nachos, while Ruby ordered nothing. We went back to the tree.
Jeromy was sitting on his phone in front of it.
He looked up.
"I bought you the sandwich you wanted," I said as I handed it to him.
The reason why I bought him food was because his parents lost their job, so they're in a financial crisis which sucks. I'm gonna buy him food until his parents get a job. Ruby seemed to feel bad, and so did I.
He grabbed it and smiled. He thanked me. We sat down. He unwrapped the paper and started eating it. I removed the plastic lid of the nachos and put it on my lap. I started eating it.
It was a few minutes later.
We were finished eating.
The bell rang. We stood up; Ruby and I went 1, and Jeromy went the other. I felt someone push me behind me, and I fell over. I felt a sharp pain in my body and face. I stood up and turned. I saw Ruby pinning a girl up against the wall. Her glowed red, and her fangs appeared. I was begging her to stop, but she ignored me and sunk her fangs in her neck. Blood seeped out and was spilling on the floor. I ran up to her and tried to pull her off, but she wouldn't.
She let go, and the body dropped to the floor. Its soulless eyes were staring at me, and it was freaking me out.
"Go to English." Ruby turned to me and said.
I ran to English, trying to forget what happened, but I couldn't.
