Little things

Harry's pov:
Today was Louis first day seeing the deaf specialist. He was super nervous and scared about seeing more people, I know he is scared and I'm going to be right there with him holding his hand.

I parked the car in the car park, look over at Lou and see he's asleep in the passenger seat, with Louis losing his hearing he can't drive anymore so I am his designated driver and he gets to be a the cutest passenger princess.

I get out of the car and quietly shut the door and then I walk over to his side, I open the door and rubbed his arm to get him to wake up. Lou finally started to stir, he is never the easiest to wake up but he eventually wakes up.

'Hello baby, we're here now. I know you are nervous but I am with you the whole time okay baby' I signed to him and kissed his temple before holding out my hand to help him out of the car.

Lou tightly intwined our fingers as we walked closer to the entrance of the building. His palm felt sweaty and his hand was shaking.

Louis is sat on a chair in the waiting room while I filled out his paperwork with the nurse. She was very nice and understanding, I told her how Louis will only come here if I am with him.

She said that I can be in the room with him if it helps him be more comfortable. I sat back down next Louis and we wait for his name to be called, it did not take long for his name to be called.

I held Louis hand as we followed the doctor into a room. Louis sat down on the examining table and I sat down on a chair across from him, he was nervous I could tell.

Louis' pov:
I am sitting on this exam bed shaking like there is no tomorrow, the doctor is teaching me and Harry how to sign different sentences to each other. He's mainly teaching me because Harry knows most sign language stuff compared to me who knows nothing about sign language.

The doctor wanted to try a different way of communicating called lip reading. He got Harry to say something and I had to try and guess what he said. He said I love you and I got it right, the doctor made me try it a few times before he made me and Harry have a conversation and I think I said the right things I don't know I can't hear what comes out of my mouth.

After the appointment Harry was drive us somewhere I don't really know as I am currently in and out of sleep, everytime Harry goes over a speed bump I keep getting jolted awake. I don't think he's doing it on purpose but I am getting really annoyed now.

I haven't really been sleeping good since I got out of the hospital so anytime I fall asleep I try take advantage of it because I know that will probably be my only chance to get any sort of sleep.

I tried going back to sleep, I think I was out for not even 5 minutes before I was woken up again. I was so angry now, is he doing this one purpose, does he even know me anymore. I slap his leg hard which makes him turn and look at me confused, I crossed my arms over my chest and just look at him.

He went back to driving for a bit and then the car suddenly stopped. He turns to me and brushes a few stray hairs out of my face I was so mad at him but his touch made me want to just cave in and give up but I had to be strong, so I slapped his hand away. I could see was hurt and confused by what I did but I'm not in the mood right now.

'What is going on princess' harry signed to me, 'are you okay? Are you hurt' he signed more questions at me. 'I am upset with you' I angrily signed, 'I was trying to sleep since I haven't been sleeping well since the hospital and everytime I got sleep I was woken up by you going over speed bumps. I know you can't control what's on the road but it still upset me' I continued to signed.

'I am sorry love, when we get home we can cuddle and watch movies all afternoon' Harry signed to me.

Harry kissed me before bringing me into a hug. He ran his hands through my hair making me calm down.
