Despite the intensity of his moments with Frances, Axel's concern for Iris remains steadfast, casting a shadow over his newfound distraction. As he sits in contemplative silence, the weight of his unanswered messages and missed calls gnaws at him, refusing to be drowned out by the fleeting pleasures of the present.

Axel: (sitting alone, his thoughts swirling with worry) What is going on with Iris? Why won't she respond? It's like she's vanished into thin air. I've tried reaching out countless times, but it's like shouting into an empty void. (pauses, frustration evident in his voice)

Axel: most she's angry with me... With those posted photos of me and Frances... Those were intimate shots.

Axel (sighs heavily, running a hand through his hair): Maybe she just needs some space... But what if something's happened to her? What if she's in trouble and I'm just sitting here, twiddling my thumbs? (clenches his fists, feeling a surge of helplessness) I need to find a way to reach her, to make sure she's okay. But how? (pauses, his mind racing with possibilities) Maybe I should try contacting her friends or family, see if they know anything. Yeah, that's a start. I can't just sit here and wait for her to come back. I need to take action, find out what's going on, and make sure she knows I'm here for her, no matter what. (determined, he reaches for his phone, ready to take the first step toward finding answers)

Axel: (dialing Iris's office number, feeling a mix of anxiety and determination)

Receptionist: Good afternoon, this is Iris's office. How may I assist you?

Axel: Hi, this is Axel. I'm trying to get in touch with Iris. Is she available?

Receptionist: I'm sorry, but Iris hasn't been in the office for a while now. Is there something urgent I can assist you with?

Axel: (concerned) Do you happen to know where she is or how I can reach her? I must speak with her.

Receptionist: I'm sorry, I don't have that information. Iris didn't leave any specific instructions about her whereabouts. Is everything okay?

Axel: (trying to remain composed) I'm not sure. Iris hasn't been responding to my messages or calls, and I'm getting worried about her. Do you have any idea when she might be back in the office?

Receptionist: I'm afraid I don't have that information either. Iris didn't mention when she'd be returning. Have you tried contacting her outside of work?

Axel: (nodding) Yes, but she hasn't been answering. It's like she's completely unreachable. (pauses, feeling a sense of frustration) Thank you for your help. If you hear from Iris or if she comes back to the office, could you please ask her to get in touch with me?

Receptionist: Of course, Axel. I'll make sure to pass along the message if I hear anything. I hope everything turns out okay.

Axel: (grateful) Thank you, I appreciate it. Take care.

As Axel hangs up the phone, a sense of unease settles over him. Despite his efforts to find answers, he's no closer to discovering Iris's whereabouts or the reason for her silence. Determined to uncover the truth, he resolves to continue his search, unwilling to rest until he knows that Iris is safe and sound.

Axel: (dialing Janna's number, hoping for some insight into Iris's whereabouts)

Janna: Hello?

Axel: Hi, Janna, it's Axel. I hope I'm not catching you at a bad time.

Janna: Hey, Axel! No, not at all. What's up?
