Third Person's POV

City Hospital, Abuja.

"Grandma please don't worry everything is going to be alright" Aaira says sobbing. "Ha Ha Halimatu, I don't have much time left so just hear me out", Grandma says lying helplessly on the hospital bed.

"Don't say that Grandma, what will I do without you. Don't even think about leaving me in this cruel world," Aaira says. "Halimatu hear me out, please just for 1 minute" Grandma says. "I am listening," Aaira says.

"Before your father passed away he told me that Before I die I needed to give you this, you've grown of age my dear," Grandma says.

She brings out a tiny piece of paper and gives it to Halima.

"My dear, this paper will help you find all the answers to your questions. There are many secrets which are disclosed, and it's left for you to find out everything. Your father loved you so much and always made sure you got everything you wanted. He couldn't tell you this before his death but ALHAMDULILLAH I am able to tell you now. You will find the other half of the paper in a place where u find lo lo.....,"

Before she could complete her sentence, she "kicked the bucket" and died.

Aaira putting her head on Grandma's chest and crying.

One month later.

It's Maaya's Open Day at school and Nasreen is going for her.

"Ya Nasreen you're here", Maaya says. "Yes I am, now show me your books and call your teacher for me", says Nasreen.

Maaya gets her books, and calls her homeroom teacher Mr. Kamal and he gets into a long conversation with Nasreen.

In the middle of their conversation Nasreen packs Maaya's report card and leaves the class room running. After an hour she calls Maaya and they go home.

At home

Mamii is sitting in the living room with Nasreen, Aaira, Maaya and the twins.

"Mamii, Maayas teacher told me that Maaya isn't paying attention in class, she disrespects her elders, she bullies both her juniors and classmates, Oh! and she's also the last position in her class", Nasreen complains.

"As if I didn't learn all that from you, stop acting like a saint, you were worst than me when you were in elementary school", Maaya says Looking furious. "How dare you! Mamii are you seeing your daughter, she shouldn't try to mess with me or else.....," Maaya cuts in before Nasreen could finish her sentence.

"Or else what, I am sick and tired of your empty threats, I have no idea how Ya Halima is able to keep up with you," Maaya says. "Maaya that's enough, isn't she your elder", Mamii shouts.

"Her, my elder, she doesn't deserve respect, she told all of you about me right, so it's my turn now. I guess she didn't tell you what she did." Maaya says smirking. "This is getting interesting", Karim enquires. "Wha.. Wha.. what did I do." Nasreen says.

"Weren't you the girl that ran out of class leaving my teacher hanging, just because you saw Mr. Sahads son, Abubakar Sahad," Maaya says. "Who is Mr. Sahad", Karim asks looking confused.

"Oh My God Karim, you don't know Mr. Sahad of all people. Honestly how can this olden days boy be my twin. Mr. Sahad is a very big business man who owns multiple companies and organisations. His most famous is Sahad stores," Salim explains.

"Don't judge me, how was I suppose know", says Karim feeling embarrassed. "Enough of the digression, I am the one telling the story", Maaya yells.

"So she ran out of class and went to meet him after covering her ugly face with makeup just to look pretty. He was trying to avoid her but she just wouldn't leave. She kept telling him lies, which didn't even make sense. I am not even sure if he believed her. And honestly your flirting skills are too..... , ewwwww," Maaya continues to tell the story.

"When did all that happen, you've become a very big lier", Nasreen says trying to prove Maaya wrong.

"After all I learnt it from you, sometimes I feel like your nose will soon be as long as that of an elephant, because of all the lies you've been spewing", Maaya says with no sign of remorse on her face.

"Oh, and everyone saw you, his brother Aliyu Sahad was the one who told me about it, and I went to see it for myself.
You really embarrassed me Yaya Nasreen. They have been spreading rumors that my sister is a fabricator and also a recidivist lier," Maaya says.

"She lied and so what, she's doing it to get a rich and influential guy to marry. She didn't do anything wrong we'll all enjoy if she marries a rich guy." Mamii says trying to back up Nasreen.

Maaya falls to the floor and and starts to laugh.

"So her children will also be blessed with lying skills and elephant nose", Maaya continues to laugh. "And Mamii are you teaching us how to lie," Maaya says.

She laughs again, holding her stomach and rolling on the floor.

On the other edge of the room Aaira is sitted alone listening to their conversation.

"I wonder how they all look soo positive, it has only been one month since Grandma passed away, it seems that Mamii doesn't care at all. Ya ALLAH please expand my grandmother's grave". Aaira whispers to herself.

Then she suddenly remembers the tiny piece of paper which her grandmother gave her, before she died. She runs up stairs to look for the paper.
