Aaira's POV
It's been so long since I visited my family. I miss them so much, I really need to go and see them. Living this life of luxury is not something I am used to, I actually miss my average life. And Ayyaan is so rude, I don't like rude people at all.
"Good morning Grandma," I greet grandma. "Good morning dear. Where are you going to this early in the morning," Grandma says. "It's 11:00am grandma, it's not that early. I actually want to visit my family, I miss them alot," I explain.
"They're some gifts I've kept for all the members of your family. I thought they would come and visit you, but it's actually vice versal. So can you please take the gifts to them," Grandma says. "Grandma you didn't have to do that," I say. "No dear, your family is my family so I have the right to at least buy them gifts," Grandma says.
"Thank you soo much Grandma, they will be very happy when they receive your gifts," I say smiling. "Do send my regards to your mother," Grandma says. "Ok grandma, bye." I say.
As I wave bye to Grandma some servants follow me with the gifts meant for my family and put it inside my car. I enter the car feeling very excited. I missed my family alot, it has been 3 days since I last saw them. I miss Ya Ruqayyah, Karim, Salim, Mamii, Nasreen and also stubborn Maaya.
"Ma'am we've arrived," my driver Saabir says. "Saabir can you please help me bring the gifts inside, after that you can leave," I say. "Ok ma'am, but I was ordered to wait for you until you're done," Saabir says. "Saabir you don't have to wait for me, when I am done I will call you," I say.
"I am sorry ma'am but it's my duty to wait for you, and so I will do that," Saabir says. "Ohh Saabir, you're very stubborn. I told you to leave, take this money and go and chill. You need a break, you're a human as well." I say. "But ma'am," Saabir says. "No if's or but's, it's an order not a request," I says. "Thank you ma'am you're very generous, you're even thinking about your driver," Saabir says. "You're not only my driver but my friend as well," I smile.
Saabir is a human, he needs a break. He might be a driver but that doesn't mean he's not human. It's never a good habit to downgrade a person, maybe someday that person will be the one to help you.
I knock on the door but it seems like nobody heard, so I use my key to open the door. Saabir enters and helps me keep the gifts.
The house is looking so dirty and unorganized. Didn't they hire anyone to clean the house since I left. Well, let me just clean the house. If I don't do it who will.
I finish cleaning the house and surprisingly everyone is still asleep. I cook food for everyone and wait for them to wake up.
"What is that amazing scent," Maaya says while coming downstairs. "Maaya," I say. "Oh my god Ya Halima when did you come, I missed you so much," Maaya says and hugs me. It seems like everyone has woken up. "I missed you too Maaya," I say. "Ya Aaira is that you," Karim says and hugs me as well. "No it's my ghost," I giggle.
"Thank you so much for coming to visit us, we really wanted to come but Mamii didn't allow us." Karim says. "But why not?" I question looking confused. "She said you stole Ya Nasreen's rich fiancé," Maaya explains. "Is that what she said," I ask. "Yes and Ya Nasreen has been very hurt. We all tried our best to make her happy but she not willing to even listen to us," Maaya says.
Ya Nasreen must be very angry at me, I have to clear the misunderstandings. I just hope that the incident didn't hurt her too much.
"Ya Halima thank for coming. I was really craving your cooking, you see I haven't eaten any proper food since you left. No body even bothers to cook in this house, we are forced to eat biscuits and tea all the time. This house is looking very clean when you came, do you know that since when you left no one has cleaned the house. I don't think this house can survive without you" Maaya says.
