Itachi, Attorney at Law (ITACHI X READER)

𓆩♡𓆪 ok this is kinda a long chapter but it has tea and smut in it so buckle up 𓆩♡𓆪

You're flustered from the elevator ride but keep your composure as you both leave and get in a cab to go. Itachi tells the cab driver some restaurant you haven't heard of before. While in the cab, he holds ur hand. 

Once you get to the restaurant he gets out and opens the car door for you and helps you out. What a gentleman. 

He puts his hand on your lower back and leads to you the front doors. Its a super fancy place. As soon as you two step foot in the door the host and Itachi look at each other and he immediately takes you two to a back private room. 

"Do you come here often?" You ask. 

"Something like that. I am very good friends with the owner." he says as he takes your seat out for you to sit down. 

A waiter comes and Itachi says, "Bring a bottle of the Buccella Mica Cabernet Napa, please." 

You two smile at each other as the waiter pours you each a glass of the fancy wine. You pick it up and swirl it around a lil and take a sniff. You take a sip and it was actually really delicious. "Thank you," you smile. 

"Im glad you like it," he says, "We'll both have the chef special, thank you." 

Shocked that he ordered for you but thats okay youre just happy to be here. 

Suddenly you hear someone come in the door behind you to the private room. Itachi stands immediately and gets a happy look on his face.

"Itachi! What do I owe this special occasion?" the man says.... theres something about his voice you cant quite put your finger on...

Just as you turn your head, your eyes lock with him. You can feel your heart in your asshole. Your eyes wide. 

"Y/n, this is Obito, he is one of my closest friends and the owner of this restaurant." 

Obito gets a devilish smirk on his face, "Y/n... its been a while, how are you?" He says and takes ur hand and brings it up to his lips for a kiss. 

You dont really know whats going on right now and are kind of flustered. 

"Obito, uh hi! How are you?"

"You two know each other?" Itachi looks between us, very confused. 

I choose to let Obito answer this one. 

"Y/n and I go way back. Actually we used to date in undergrad." his stare not breaking from yours, then he looks you up and down quickly as to not let Itachi see. 

You give a nervous smile, this is so fucking awk now. "Yes, it was a very long time ago haha."

"I see..." says Itachi. Obito and you dated for 3 years in college. You two were madly in love with each other and you honestly thought that you were going to marry him. He was a year older than you and broke up with you when he graduated and moved across the country to work for his father. You were heartbroken and haven't seriously dated anyone since. 

Seeing him brings back so many memories and emotions. 

"We'll I'll let you two enjoy your meal, I just wanted to say hello, it was so lovely seeing you again y/n," he grins at you then leaves. 

You both sit back down in your seat. "So, how did you two meet?" you ask Itachi nervously. 

He seems a bit annoyed by what just happened, "I met him when I was going to Law school. I was helping a professor with a case that was defending his father. We have been friends ever since."
