Itachi, Attorney at Law (ITACHI X READER)

You walk into the office Monday morning feeling good and refreshed. You spent the rest of the weekend doing some much needed relaxing and rejuvenating. 

Once you get to your office, you set your stuff down and see a new file sitting on your desk. Its that one that Itachi told you about in the cab. You look it over and start taking detailed notes. It is going to be a super busy week. 

There's something about this case that feels... off. But you cant quite put your finger on it. You brush it off. 

Suddenly you get an email to come see Itachi in his office to discuss the case. You grab your notes, smooth out your dress, and head on over. 

*knock knock* on his office door, hes sitting facing the window on the phone, he turns and signals you to come in and take a seat, eyeing you up and down. You shut the door and take a seat.

"yes yes yes that will be fine...... sure.... I am about to look over it now... alright i know what to do, talk soon bye" and he hangs up. "Gooda afternoon (y/n), how are you?" he gives you that charming smile, his voice like honey. His cologne fills your nose, it smells like rosemary and cedarwood. You want to bury your face in him. 

"Im doing well, how are you?" You smile back. 

"Im very well thank you. Im glad to see youre fulling recovered. We have a lot to discuss about this case." he says, standing up and grabbing one of the files. He comes around to your side of the desk and leans his but against it while holding open the file. He is much closer to you now. Your crossed leg almost touching his. His scent overwhelming now. 

"(y/n)?" 

"Yes, sir, sorry, what did you say?" you snap out of it. 

"Just Itachi" he smiles " so, I know this client very well and have defended him many times. The reason I asked for your help is because this one may get a little tricky. They have the defendants fingerprints at the scene and he accidentally let a comment slip when he was questioned. He said that he didnt know the murder victim but said their last name when he was never it by the police."

I sigh, "oh man... okay well we can work with this somehow. We will come up with something. I mean we can say he didnt know them like as in know them well, maybe just met them for something that day? then left idk."

"Hmmmm.. I like where youre going with this. Okay lets keep brainstorming then." He then moves the other chair closer to you and sits down. You get a little flush but keep your cool. As you guys keep talking about the case you both move to grab a file off his desk and your hands collide. Then when you pull away quickly your leg accidentally bumps his.

You are tomato red right now. But play if off and keep talking about the case but he just looks at you with those eyes again. 

Suddenly its dark outside, and you look at the time and its 7:30. 

"I didnt realize how late it was getting." you say. 

"Me either, I have some stuff to finish up here but you head home." 

"are you sure?"

"Yeah, have a good night" he smiles and grabs your arm and give it a little squeeze. 

You say goodnight back and head out of the office. 

The following days go the same way, you do your usual cases in the mornings then head to his office for the afternoon and usually stay past office hours. It has gotten easier to be around him. You guys laugh together and have ordered dinner to the office the past few nights. 

You two are starting to become closer and you would even consider you guys friends. 

*time skippy to friday*

Today you spend most of the day at your trial for your first case. It went really good. You did such a good job that it only took the day. It was a quick verdict and the defendant was found not guilty. You made it back to the office by 4pm. While walking to your office, you walk past Itachi's door. 

"Hey (y/n)! Can you come here please?"

"hey whats up?"

"Okay so I think i got something really good here for the case and I wanna go over it, do you have some time?"

"yeah of course tell me whats going on."

You sit in his offce with him, over the past few days he has inched closer and closer to you. And you let him. You can feel the heat radiating off of him as your arms brush occasionally. 

It has gotten quite late now. Your tummy rumbles loudly. And Itachi stops what he was saying, "Do you want to go grab some dinner?"

Wait...... hes asking to go somewhere and like sit down to eat dinner? tg? Your heart races a little bit. 

"Yeah, that would be great," you smile. 

"Okay, I know the perfect place, lets go," he puts his hand out to help you stand and you gladly accept. 

You both grab your stuff and head to the elevator. It rings and opens, "try not to fall again," he teases and you both laugh.

"I have been very careful of that since then," you retort. 

You both get on the elevator and you wait for him to press the button. But he doesnt. 

"Uhhh, Itachi-" 

"(y/n)" he turns towards you, you guys are very close. "I wanted to tell you, that I think you are a very attractive woman."

He takes a step closer and you take one back, but your back hits the back of the elevator wall. You heart feels like its going to beat out of your chest. "Thank you," your face is on fire. 

He puts his hands on your waist and gets closer. in this moment you decided that you werent going to fight it anymore. 

"I cant get you out of my head. Ever since I first met you on that elevator."

You put your legs together, trying to sooth the ache, theres a heat growing down there. 

"I think you feel the same way...." he leans a little closure. You can feel his breath.

"....I do" you say quietly. 

Suddenly his lips are on his. Its a gentle kiss, but has purpose. You move your arms to wrap around his neck and he squeezes your waist tighter as you move a hand to grab his hair. Your lips part, inviting him in, and suddenly the kiss turns fierce. Like you guys cant get enough of each other. Theres sparks theres passion its nothing like you've ever felt before. 

He lifts you up so your legs wrap around his waist and your dress rides up from this. You unintentionally let out a moan into his mouth and he gives makes one back. You are burning for him, you feel the bulge in his pants grow for you. Its really intense right now. Without thinking you both start moving your hips into each other. 

You both stop, panting, and resting your foreheads on each other. You guys are both smiling. 

"As much as I would like to continue this," he says staring at your lips, "at least let me talk you to dinner first."

"What a gentleman," you smile and he sets you down. "okay lets go eat im starving."
