Devanshi Thakur, Princess of Udaipur. Born into the grandeur of the Mewar dynasty, Devanshi was not merely a princess by birthright, but a captivating force of elegance that surpassed the confines of her regal title.

As the daughter of the late King of Udaipur, Devanshi's upbringing was steeped in tradition and modern aspects. Beneath her poised exterior, lay the heart of a true extrovert, a free spirit unbound by restrictions. With a million dollar smile that could light up the darkest nights, Devanshi exuded an aura of warmth and approachability.

Devanshi was the director of Saawariya, a fashion brand started by her aunt. With an innate flair for design and a keen eye for detail, she breathed new life into the company, infusing it with her own unique blend of tradition and innovation.

As a designer in her own right, Devanshi's creations bore the unmistakable imprint of her artistic sensibilities, depicting the timeless elegance of her royal heritage with the contemporary flair of the modern age. Each garment was a masterpiece in its own right, a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence and her boundless creativity.

"Good morning, Ma'am." Devanshi's Secretary tailed behind her with a confident smile. Devanshi entered the private elevator, used only by the royal family and private acquaintances.

"Good morning, Rituja. What do we have for the day." She settled in her office and turned her iMac on. Her office exuded an aura of sophistication, where ivory and golden hues intertwined to create a luxurious space. Ivory carpets cushioned each footfall and gilded accents shimmered in the soft glow of ambient lighting.

The furnishings exuded a chic modernity tempered by classic refinement. A sleek golden desk served as the focal point of the room, its polished surface adorned with tasteful accents and exquisite paintings. She found art in general, comforting and mundane. The floor-to-ceiling windows bathed the space in natural light, offering panoramic views of the bustling city below.

"Ma'am today you have a meeting with the NMACC coordinators for the exhibition at eleven. Next you have to go for the routine check in the loom mill, whenever it's convenient for you and lastly you asked me for some disposal time to work on a design."

Dev nodded and picked up a file in front of her, "Who kept this here?"

"Ah, Sarika maam submitted some designs for the 'Jaipuri Gulab' collection." Devanshi nodded at the information and went through the design book.

'Tell sarika to meet me after lunch. Ask Mr Aron and his assistant to come along. And you too be present there." She ordered her assistant.

After getting in her bed, she took some time to relax and check on some private messages. Aashika, her childhood best friend had sent her wedding card through mail to her office. She knew about their engagement last month but it was surprisingd overwhelming for Devanshi that her friend would get married so early.

Devanshi: Aashika! Kon hai ye katron ka khiladi? Milao jaldi 😂

Manya: Ha brother 😂
Manya: I can't wait for the wedding!

Devanshi: It feels like just yesterday we were roaming around the school together.

Aashika: Time flies, doesn't it?
Aashika: GUYSSSS MERI SHAADI HAIIII

Manya: Wouldn't miss it for the world, Baby!

Devanshi: Same here! Can't wait to celebrate your love, Aashi . And Tarun is one lucky guy.

Aashika: Aw, thanks, Dev!

Manya: Definitely! So, have you picked out your dress yet, Aashi?

Aashika: Yes! The designer is one and only *drumroll please*
Aashika: Devanshi Thakur!

Devanshi: I can already picture you in that gorgeous pink lehenga!

Aashika: You're the best, Dev. I don't know what I'd do without you girls by my side.

Manya: We'll always be here for you, Aashi.

For almost an hour they talked about random things and caught up with each other. Devanshi designed Aashika's wedding lehenga herself. Later she dozed thinking aboutthe wedding. She's yet to convince her grandmother for permission to go Goa for Aashika's wedding.
