An alarm rang throughout the room, before the sleeping male on the bed woke up. "Ugh, shut up already-! I'm up, I'm up..." the alarm kept on ringing "I said I'm awake! Damn it!" The male can be see throwing the alarm clock at the wall, smashing it.

"Really..? I just got that" he mumbled to himself, now irritated. Yet, he still got up and got ready for the day of work ahead.

"Stupid...too early..." he muttered a few inaudible words, as he got ready for the day. Brushing his hair and putting it into his signature ponytail.

He walked into the kitchen to make his breakfast.
He had started to brew coffee as his phone rang.

"Hm? Hello, good morning ane-san. Is there something you need?" The male said as he picked up the phone

"Ah- chuuya, no...there's nothing I need. I just wanted to check up on you. I heard that dazai-kun has disappeared...I know how close you to were." A female could be heard from the other side of the phone

"Close? Me? Close to that mackerel? Ane-san I don't really care what happens to that idiot-" Chuuya said before getting cut off

"Chuuya, do you really expect me to believe you? I know your relationship was different and unique, but it was definitely clear you cared for him." The woman known as 'ane-san' had replied

"I know I can't change your mind, but I'm fine ane-san. Even if he's gone- do you really think he could die that easily, I call him a suicidal maniac for a reason. I promise kouyou-san" the use of the woman's actual name, had told her how serious the ginger was. She was going to let it slide this time, but not the next.

"Alright, if you say so. Just know chuuya if you need me, just come to my office- no matter how busy I am, I will always be available for you. Okay?" The woman finished speaking, her voice was calm, comforting, and warm. Like a mother, or older sister.

The ginger nodded before talking "mhm, okay ane-san. I will, thank you. I'll see you at the headquarters. Goodbye." He finished

"Of course chuuya. I'll see you later, goodbye." The woman said, shortly after the phone rung; indicating the call was over

The ginger sighed, as he thought about the brunette.

'Just how are you right now...'Samu? I- you better not be trying to die...you suicidal maniac." A gentle smile rose onto his face, at the fawn memory of his partner- his lover

"Please...don't forget about me. I don't know what I'd do, if you did..." he sighed as he lifts his arm to prevent tears from falling

A soft chuckle leaves his lips before he sighs again. Forgetting about his coffee, he walks out the door and says "have a good day osamu"
Leaving for work

The ginger could be seen walking up to a black haired male who looked in distress.

"Akutagawa, are you okay? You don't look so good." The male know as akutagawa looked over to the other, trying to hide his distress

"C-chuuya-san, I'm fine..." the younger said, losing all strength in his voice

"Mhm, yeah. I don't buy it. Tell me what's wrong, I'm here if you need me." Chuuya responded, with a reassuring smile

"Um...so- I heard that dazai-san has gone missing, and most likely left the mafia... do- do you think it was my fault that he left?... that I disappointed him so much that he couldn't.. Stand me or face me anymore?" Akutagawa replied, looking down ashamed, that he was speaking of such a weakness

"Akutagawa... whether or not, he said it. He was  very proud of you... Very proud of the person you've become. Os- dazai...that Mackerel was taught to never tell someone how proud you are of them, in order for them to keep trying to get better and stronger. You are very strong and worth his acknowledgment. He had acknowledged you and opened his eyes to see what a strong individual you are. And he felt lucky to have someone as dedicated and strong as you... I promise you he didn't leave because of you. There...were some things that had happened that I'm not allowed to talk about..."
The ginger paused, as the younger nodded and acknowledgment

" Just know, he was very very proud of you. Um, we probably shouldn't bring him up unless necessary. He'll probably be called a traitor to the mafia. So it's best that we don't bring him up. I'm sorry Akutagawa." He finished

" I understand chuuya-san. Thank you for telling me." The younger looked happy... the words the older had said brought him comfort and a sense of pride. He had made his mentor, proud, proud enough to acknowledge his strength. This conversation is going to live on in his memories

—————————————————————

It's been three weeks since the brunette has officially been deemed a traitor and missing.

Mori, the boss of the port mafia. Has sent out a mission to everyone to keep their eyes open and try to find the brunette. Although he's come up shorthanded, there's no trace of the brunette anywhere. It's as if he just vanished into thin air.
The boss was more tense and strict recently, due to his right hand man's disappearance. Dazai had a really big impact on the mafia. Mori was really upset to lose his biggest asset. Oh, how dazai simply slip through his fingers. he wants him back. He needs him back in the mafia. He needs his demon prodigy, and his Soukoku. The mafia isn't the same without them.

The ginger has been spacing out more and hasn't really been paying much attention to anything. it has many of his coworkers or friends worried. he has yet to receive another letter from the unknown s.t. And it's slightly worrisome. He's trying not to drink and smoke more. He doesn't want osamu to find out and worry about him. But it's hard... His lover, the most important thing to him had suddenly disappeared without a word. The letters were a sense of closure, but they haven't come in weeks. The ginger could only think of the worst.

' what if something happened to him? What if- no no calm down, you know how smart and crafty he is, he can't- be hurt or injured. I just need to calm down... I do hope to hear from him soon' all the what if are running through his head wondering if his significant other is really all right. If only he had a glass of wine. Were his next few thoughts. But he knew he had to stay strong for osamu, because the ginger knew how mentally unstable osamu was... and if they both were unwell, then they would be no one to take care of the brunette. Because the brunette could not take care of himself.

After a long day of work, the ginger arrived at his humble abode. Upon reaching his door, he saw a familiar site; Red camellias, and a letter.
