You tell me poems have to rhyme
They all must follow the same design
I think you check and follow every rule
To avoid looking like a fool. But poems can be free-versed
They don't need to be rehearsed
I gather my words carefully around you
I worry when you say too fewPoems don't have to rhyme
Hearts don't need to love.
