Both the bodies of Elia Florentin, and Marie Calire were found inside Florentin's apartment.
Clarie's cause of death still remains unclear, as he presumably suffered many injuries, while Florentin was found close, his throat slit in what appeared to be a suicide.
Police would later discover the remains of recently deceased Lancelot Weathers in a hidden basement attached to the apartment.
With further investigation, on Wednesday, only a night after the bodies were found, the police would come to find multiple boxes all filled with previous articles taking Elia Florentin back to Colmar, a town located in the north of France. Along with such articles, soon after, investigators found multiple human remains within the many boxes.
And on Saturday, it would be revealed to the public that Elia was not only responsible for Weathers, but six other cases all having been reported as disappearances.
The case would not be taken to trial, and no one would ever know if Mary Claire was the final victim of Elia Florentin, or someone who simply got mixed up with the wrong person.
