The rest of the journey went smoothly with both twins avoiding and/or interacting with Taylor's group. That was until they neared the border where they were able to stop at an inn. The next travel period would pass through into the capital by the end of the day tomorrow. Taylor had asked for the twins to join them for a drink in their suite.

Taylor: "Young Master Kim, Young Master Cale."

Twins: "What can we do for you?"

Taylor: "Young masters, you enjoy alcohol, right? Cale Henituse the trash who can't go a day without alcohol, but I don't think that is all. When I saw you on my way to the capital, it was different from the rumours I heard. And as for you Young Master Kim little to nothing has been said about you as most assumed you had or would die due to your prolonged condition imagine our shock seeing you up and well."

Over the time Taylor and Cage travelled with the twins, they had noticed something. They stayed in the carriage all day so that they would feel at peace, and had the generosity to give them the best treatment possible. Their subordinates also trusted and followed them. Most importantly they treated the two of us like normal people.

Taylor: "Young Masters, it should be okay to share a drink with us before we leave, right?" Both twins smiled and sighed as they looked at each other.

Kim: "What is it that you want?"

Taylor: 'As expected, these twins are no fools. They are much smarter than most people thought.' "What kind of person do you think I am Young Masters?"

Both looked at each other and sighed as Cale took out a decently sized leather pouch from his attached to the back of his belt dropping it onto the table. As the pouch landed the coins filling its contents burst out. Both Taylor and Cage looked down in shock at the amount of coins.

Kim: "I don't know why you are heading to the capital right now when every noble in the country's attention is focused on the capital, but I'm sure there is only one thing people like you who are heading into the lion's den want from us."

Cale: "The wealthy Henituse family. You want money, right?"

Taylor: "...So you already knew..."

Twins: "We know."

Kim: "Based on how you are travelling, you are lacking in money. To stay in the capital, especially stealthily, you need the money more than anything else. We're sure this was not originally your plan, but now with a golden turtle next to you would you like to act as a person with one open hand?"

Cale looked at Kim after discussing their past Cale had decided for Kim to be the one to lead the fight. Cale had spent most of his time during the war taking care of assets and desperately trying to take care of what remained of the Henituse territory. After all, after the North invaded the White Shit started moving more openly, even killing off the leader behind the North attack so despite being ruined, had not completely invaded it with the help of Choi Han driving back the forces temporarily. He only became a soldier at the end of the war as everything around Cale had been killed and when a call to battle came from the newly crowned King Alberu he took it, but they weren't strong enough. Meanwhile, Kim had been fighting and surviving since the moment the world fell apart although they both lost everyone around them Kim eventually becomes a strategist and later a team leader thus had more experience in both battle and leading in battle than Cale as he only knew how to lead a territory to some extent but was only a common soldier by the last battle despite experiencing battle for a little longer than Kim. Kim also, despite clearly brushing off his accomplishments, was extremely thorough, meticulous, and cunning even being able to quickly shift plans on the spot. Not that he wasn't bad at that himself he could just tell Kim had more talent in it, he would make up for Kim's weak points being his complete lack of physicality and his denseness surrounding people's feelings towards himself.
