Amara stood outside of Val's tower, trying to mentally prepare herself for what she was about to walk into. She wasn't looking forward to interacting with Valentino- she was scared. She took a deep breath before she opened the door and walked inside.
Valentino looked up from the couch he was laying down on when he saw Amara standing in the doorway.
"Fucking finally I've been waiting forever!" He said standing up. "What the fuck took you so long to get here?" Amara sighed. Valentino stood up and walked over to her and bent over at the waist. "You were with Angeldust weren't you?" His eyes narrowed behind his sunglasses.
"I live at the hotel too Val," Amara said simply. Valentino frowned at her.
"You live in that shithole with Angel? Why the fuck would you want to stay there?" He said with a look of disgust on his face.
"Because I-"
"Move in here." Valentino said as he stood up again at his full height, taking a drag of his cigarette as he interrupted her. Amara just blinked in shock. What did he just say? There was no way in hell she was moving in with him.
"No! I like the hotel." Amara protested. This only seemed to anger Valentino. He growled and grabbed her by the arm.
"I wasn't asking." He growled at her.
"But-"
"You're moving in here. With me." Valentino narrowed his eyes at her. "Do you understand me?" His grip tightened on her arm. The air grew right with the tension.
"Y-yes Valentino." Amara said, not wanting to piss him off. He released her arm and then smiled.
"Good." He said and walked back over to his couch. "Te veré luego cariño." He said with a smirk.
