Eight- Control
Amara was laying down on Valentino's couch. She was scrolling through her phone when she received a text from Angeldust.
Angel- Are you doing okay?
Amara frowned. She had yet to tell Angel that Valentino had pretty much forbid her from hanging out with Angel at the hotel.
Amara- as good as I can be dealing wjth this controlling asshole
Angel- What did he do now?
Amara- he said I'm not allowed to come see you
Angel- what a fucking dickhead. Is he there now?
Amara- No...
Angel- how long til he comes back
Amara- I don't know
Angel- Wanna sneak out?
Amara thought for a second before she answered. Sneak out? That was quite tempting. But what if she got caught...who knows how long Val planned on being gone. She frowned. You know what? Screw him. Amara thought.
Amara- I'll see you soon.

Amara managed to sneak out just fine and it didn't take her long to get to the hotel to see Angel who was waiting for her.
"Hey tootz." Angel said as he wrapped all four of his arms around Amara. She instantly hugged him back.
"He's gonna be so mad-"
"Shh. No Val talk." Angel put his finger against Amara's lips. "If he's at the studio we have time before he comes home. Just relax."
Amara nodded and she walked into the hotel with Angel. "Let's just get a drink and relax."
"Sounds like a plan." She said with a smile.
*** Val's pov***
A few hours had passed when Valentino returned home to his tower. He was exhausted when he opened the door, stretching out his arms. It had been a long day at the studio and he just wanted to play with his new toy Amara.
"Amara querida estoy en casa!" (Amara darling, I'm home!) Valentino called out. He stopped dead in his tracks when he scanned the room and she wasn't there. His eyes darkened and his fists clenched as anger boiled inside him. "¡Maldita perra!" (Fucking bitch!) He yelled, slamming his fist against the wall. "You're in trouble now my little princesa..."
