The Big Announcement

(First off, i'd like to make everyone recognize how big of a deal this chapter is. We're moving on to the next day. I don't think you realize how many chapters i spent on ONE DAY. 16 chapters. 16.
So yes, this is a big moment to finally be on day 6-and the fact that it's still only day 6 is so overwhelming wow ok anyway enjoy)

(Dan's POV)

JANUARY 6
10:00 am

"Guys, spit it out already...I'm exhausted." Tyler muttered, pulling his sunglasses over his eyes. The rest of the group moaned in agreement.

"Yeah, seriously guys, couldn't you have saved your big announcement for a time when we AREN'T all completely hung over?" Connor joined.

"Or when Alfie is here to listen?" Zoe added.

"There's nothing they can do about Alfie not being here. He left, Zoe." Caspar replied.

"Guys, please. It's really important and we...we need to get it out."
I started to think this wasn't the best idea. Maybe we shouldn't have done it this morning?

"We, hehe," phil looked at me and chuckled. I squeezed his hand.

"We're, phil stop it! Hehe!"

"OHMYGOd we get it! You guys are gay for each other! Jesus christ." Jenna exclaimed.

"Jenna! Not cool.." Troye replied. She rolled her eyes.

"I am right though, aren't I?" She asked.

We giggled again, nodding a bit.
"Uh, haha, yeah. Yeah we're, we're together."
I chuckled, smiling at Phil and squeezing his hand tightly in mine.

"Aw, congrats guys! That's great." Grace said, smiling.

"I'm really proud of you two. Man, the phandom's gonna lose their shit." Tyler chuckled.

"Yeah...we're gonna wait a little while before we tell them...but it's, I mean, I think it's pretty exciting!" Phil smiled. We were such a giggly goofy mess compared to the drousy hung-over attitude of the others.

"Yeah. That's, that's like really cool guys seriously that's awesome and I don't mean to be the bitch here but Im gonna leave because im tired as FUCK. Have a nice morning."
And with that Jenna strutted off.

There was a long moment of uncomfortable silence.

"Well," Tyler said, "Congratulations, good for you guys, and all that. However, I've gotta agree with Jenna." He rose from his chair, following Jenna back to the lobby.

"Ugh, I think I'm gonna throw up," Troye said, rushing after them. He stopped before he left.
"Not because of you guys! You guys are great and cute as fuck I just, wow i drank SO MUCH."
And then he was gone.
And it wasn't long until everyone else followed.

I turned to Phil, a huge smile on my face. His expression matched mine.
"So.." I chuckled, holding his hand.

"So?" He replied.
We smiled at each other for quite a while, just chuckling and smiling like the giant dorks we are.

"Come on." He said, finally breaking the moment and grabbing my hand, pulling me to the lift.

At this point, kissing in the lift was practically our thing.

"Is this what we do now are we that couple who gets on the lift and just starts making out because Phil I don't think I can be that couple." I said to him.
He giggled, giving me a peck.

"No but seriously how the hell have we managed to get in a lift with no one else in it EVERY TIME jesus christ I just don't understand like is there something wrong with this one why don't people want to use it do they KNOW that this is our make out lift? I don't get it"

"Oh my god shut up and let me kiss you!"
He exclaimed, slamming his lips into mine. He moved to my neck and i had shut my eyes. I was overwhelmed by the feeling of his lips on my neck, to the point where it was all I could think about. Meaning I didn't think about the fact that the door had opened, a girl had entered, and a picture had been taken.

I only snapped back to reality when Phil moved away from me, jerking his body around to look at the girl. My eyes shot open and i backed into the corner of the elevator, smacking my head into the wall and swearing loudly.
Phil turned around and quickly made sure I was alright, to which i gave a reassuring hand gesture and he turned back around to address the girl. He opened his mouth to say something but she spoke before him.

"I KNEW IT! I TOTALLY KNEW IT! THE WHOLE PHANDOM KNEW IT! OHMYGOD IM GONNA GET SO FAMOUS..I ABSOLUTELY KNEW IT! Man, I get to be the girl who proves phan is real...holy shit!!!"

I recognized the girl-she was the young brunette fan who was at the party last night.

"No, no you aren't going to be the girl who proves phan is real ok, you're going to delete that picture and tell no one. Alright?"
I demanded.
This is not how we were going to come out.

"Omg I'm so sorry, I already posted it...."

"YOU WHAT? BLOODY DELETE IT! TAKE IT DOWN!"
I screamed.

"I, shit someone just reposted it, fuck im, im so sorry guys I just-"

I was furious.
"YOU JUST WHAT?? JESUS YOU CAN'T DO THAT! COMING OUT TO OUR SUBSCRIBERS IS A BIG DEAL AND YOU JUST BLOODY RUINED IT YOU TW-"

"Dan, it's ok."
Phil said calmly, resting his hand on my shoulder.

"How are you ok with this?"
I replied, shrugging his hand off.

As if on cue the door opened, and i stepped out with out saying another word.

"Dan, wait!"

(JFC I FINALLY DID IT. Ok guys, I know I said I'd do smut but honestly I'm not sure about. Im really sorry about how long this chapter took. But yeah idk about the whole smut thing, i just really wasn't feeling it. That doesn't mean that there won't be any it just means that it's not guaranteed. Ily guys tysm for 20k ok mua ty ty)
