Neuvillette led Y/n through the streets of Fontaine, his heart racing with excitement. He had planned this trip as a way to keep Y/n safe, to protect her from the dangers of the outside world. But as they walked, a sense of unease settled in the pit of his stomach. He knew that Wriothesley was out there, somewhere, and he couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched.

As they rounded a corner, they came face to face with Wriothesley. His eyes narrowed as he looked at Neuvillette and Y/n, a sense of curiosity and suspicion in his gaze.

"What are you two doing out here?" Wriothesley asked, his voice tinged with suspicion. "And where are you taking her, Monsieur Neuvillette?"

Neuvillette bristled at Wriothesley's tone, a wave of jealousy washing over him. He knew that Wriothesley was attracted to Y/n, and the thought of him trying to steal her away filled him with rage.

"We're just taking a little trip, Wriothesley," Neuvillette replied, his voice cold and hard. "Y/n needs a break from all the stress of Fontaine, and I thought this would be a nice surprise for her."

Wriothesley smirked, his eyes flicking to Y/n. "I'm sure she'll appreciate the gesture," he said smoothly, stepping closer to her. "But perhaps she'd prefer a more... exciting trip with me~?"

Y/n felt her cheeks flush as Wriothesley's words washed over her. She knew that he was trying to charm her, and she couldn't deny the thrill she felt at his attention.

But as Wriothesley continued to flirt, Neuvillette stepped in, his demeanor softening. He spoke to Y/n in a way that Wriothesley never could, his words filled with depth and meaning. Y/n found herself drawn to him, to the kindness and compassion that shone in his eyes.

As the day wore on, Y/n found herself torn between the two men. Wriothesley was exciting and charming, but Neuvillette was kind and caring. She knew that she would have to make a choice, but she couldn't help the feelings that were growing inside her.
