There are many synonyms for "Irredeemable." But this gentleman was all of them. Wriothesley, Duke of the Fortrice of Meropide, a man with a reputation for being cold and calculating, stood before Y/n, his eyes gleaming with an intensity that sent shivers down her spine.

"What a pleasant surprise, my dear Y/n," Wriothesley purred, his voice smooth and enticing. "I couldn't resist the urge to see you again."

Y/n shivered and felt a flush of heat rise to her cheeks at his words, a mixture of fear, remorse, and curiosity swirling in her stomach. She was feeling nervous, but there was something undeniably alluring about him.

"I-I didn't expect to see you here," Y/n stammered, trying to maintain her composure.

Wriothesley smiled, a predatory gleam in his eyes. "I hope you don't mind the intrusion. I simply couldn't resist the chance to spend some time with you."

As they walked through the city, Wriothesley's charm was impossible to resist. He regaled her with stories of his past, painting himself as a misunderstood man burdened by his own greatness. Y/n tried her best to not to get too close, but despite her better judgment he still got the better of her.

However, as the day wore on, Y/n began to see glimpses of the darkness that lurked beneath Wriothesley's charming facade. His possessiveness and obsession with her became more apparent, leaving her feeling uneasy.

As they parted ways, Wriothesley's parting words echoed in Y/n's mind. "Remember, my dear Y/n, I will always be here for you. No matter what."

It was this particular night where the woman had trouble falling asleep. She found herself in a state of panic every time she drifted off, even for a few seconds. And the reason, you ask? It was the last words that were left with her after her day with... That man. "Remember, my dear Y/n, I will always be there for you. No matter what." After an hour or so of tossing and turning through the night, she eventually drifted off into a state of peace where she was able to forget about her troubles in the real world... If only it had lasted longer for her.

The next morning, Y/n woke up to a knock on her door. With a groan, she dragged herself out of bed and stumbled to answer it. To her surprise, Neuvillette stood on the other side, a blush on his face and a few papers in his hands .

"Good morning, Y/n," Neuvillette said softly, his voice warm and gentle. "I thought I'd make you breakfast today. I hope you don't mind."

Y/n was taken aback by Neuvillette's gesture. She had know that there was a soft side to Neuvillette. But after arguing with him she had grown accustomed to a colder and distant demeanor, but Neuvillette seemed different now. He seemed almost... caring.

As they sat down to eat, Neuvillette made small talk, asking about her day and making sweet remarks about her. Y/n couldn't help but smile at his words, feeling a warmth in her heart that she hadn't felt in a long time.

It was a rare moment of tranquility for Neuvillette and Y/n as they sat together, watching the vibrant hues of the sunset paint the sky. The day had been filled with laughter and shared stories, and now, in the quiet of the evening, Neuvillette couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of contentment.

"Your beauty, inside and out, never ceases to amaze me," Neuvillette murmured, his voice barely above a whisper, but each word filled with sincerity.

Y/n turned to him, her eyes shining with warmth and affection. She reached out, placing her hand gently on his, feeling the strength and gentleness in his touch. "And your kindness and care always leave me speechless," she replied softly, her heart fluttering at the depth of emotion in his gaze.

They sat in comfortable silence, the world around them fading away as they lost themselves in each other's presence. Neuvillette wrapped an arm around Y/n, pulling her close, and she rested her head against his shoulder, feeling safe and loved in his embrace.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the land, Neuvillette pressed a gentle kiss to Y/n's forehead, a silent promise of his unwavering devotion.

Together, they watched the last rays of sunlight disappear, knowing that no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, bound by a love that was as deep as the ocean and as enduring as the stars.

Notes: Alright, now I know that it seems like I'm playing sides here. However,  I have an ending that I am positive you readers will love. I can assure you I will not pull a Gege here. Apologies if you do not get the Jjk references. But I presume most of you do...
