It's now been a week since the school year started. I've gotten amazing grades in all of my classes except one. Potions. Delilah has tried to help me out but somehow I still manage to fail.

I'm walking to potions as I see Harry also walking there. I run up behind him "Harry!" He looks back at me and smiles. "Oh hey, Y/n. You heading to potions?" I nod. "I'm so bad at potions though! It just doesn't make sense." I say as me and Harry walk to class.

"Well, I can't help you with that because I'm not that great at potions either." I sigh as Harry gives me and apologetic look. "Great." Suddenly I feel someone walk by me and elbow my arm. I look up and see Draco who's looking back at me and smirking.

"What's wrong, Potter?" I can feel Harry getting mad beside me and he finally snaps. "Stay away from my sister, Malfoy!" Draco seems unbothered by Harry shouting at him. "Aw, protecting your little sister?" I hold Harry back as he looks like he's about to punch Malfoy.

"Harry, calm down." I say as Harry takes a deep breath and continues walking beside me to potions. I take a seat next to Hermione since Delilah isn't in this class with me. Hermione gives me a smile and I give the same to her.

In the middle of class I can't seem to get this potion right and I see professor Snape approaching me. "Ms Potter." I look up at him "Yes...?" As we make eye contact he immediately breaks it and I raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"I suggest you get a tutor for potions. You're failing." The next thing I know professor Snape calls Malfoy over. "Draco will be your tutor." I give him a look of shock and I immediately refuse. "What!? No way. Anyone but him!"

"Draco has the highest grades in the class so nobody else will work." Me and Draco both give each other a look of disgust. "You will both meet here after dinner for tutoring everyday until Ms Potter has good grades." "But..." "No buts, Potter." I roll my eyes and Draco looks me up and down with disbelief.

After class I meet up with Delilah for charms class. "Y/n! How was potions?" I roll my eyes "Horrible. I have to get tutored by Malfoy. Everyday!" She looks at me in shock "Really? That's so dumb." "I know!" We make our way to charms class just talking trash about Malfoy.

After dinner, me and Delilah walk down the hallways. Except we're not going to the same place. "Good luck with Malfoy." She gives me a soft smile. "Thanks Lilah, see you later..." She walks off to the common room as I hesitate to open the door to the potions classroom.

I open the door and see Draco sitting at a table and professor Snape standing next to him. I walk over to the table and take a seat next to Draco. "I expect Ms Potter to be better at my class tomorrow, Draco." Snaps says before walking out.

Draco looks over at me and scoffs "This is ridiculous." "I don't want to be here either. So let's just get this over with." Draco rolls his eyes before reading out potion formulas to me.

After twenty minutes Draco starts to get frustrated with me because I'm having a hard time brewing this potion. "Let's face it, Potter. You're hopeless." I ignore him trying to concentrate on the potion.

Five minutes later I finally get it right. I smile in relief and hit Draco in the arm gently to get his attention. "I did it!" Draco looks unimpressed "Good job, I guess." He scoffs.
