I wake up early once again and Delilah is also already awake. I feel a bit stressed but I try to calm myself down by just focusing on after this tournament. Like what I could do for summer.
I'll probably just end up staying at the Dursley's again with Harry. "Y/n." Delilah waves a hand in front of my face trying to get my attention. "Sorry, zoned out." I speak. Delilah notices I seems stressed. She walks over to me and takes both of my hands in hers.
"It's okay. Have you made up with Harry?" She asks. I nod. "Good. You guys should help each other out in this task." She suggests. "Is this task not individual?" I ask.
"Well, you can work together, I guess. But only one person can win." Delilah explains. I guess helping my brother wouldn't be such a bad idea. I try to change the subject just for now so I don't have to overthink all the possible things that could go wrong.
"Do you have any siblings?" I question. "No. It's just me and my mom." She gives me a soft smile. "Oh, I'm sorry. What happened to your dad?" I wonder. "He used to work with dragons... And I'm sure you can figure out what happened from just that." She began.
"But I'm glad the same didn't happen to you in the first task." She smiles. "Thanks. We should get going now." I say. "Let me go get Blaise, he's probably still sleeping." Delilah laughs.
Delilah knocks on the door to Blaise's dorm and Draco opens it. "What?" He spat. Delilah seemed to never mind Draco's presence as she pushed right passed him. I was standing now alone with Draco as behind him I saw Delilah dragging Blaise out of bed.
"Hurry up, get dressed, wake up!" She yelled. I chuckle softly as I see Delilah tormenting Blaise to wake up. I look back over to Draco who is just leaning on the doorframe staring at me.
Draco's eyes wander up and down my body and his gaze stops on my sweater for the tournament with the Slytherin house logo on it. "You look good in green." His tone sounded mean, so I couldn't tell if that was a compliment or not.
"Thank you." I say. Personally I think blue would've looked better but since I'm in Slytherin, I couldn't change that. Delilah drags Blaise out of the door. "Come on you guys!" She shouts. Me and Draco catch up to them and walk out of the castle for the last task.
Blaise, Draco and Delilah take their seats on the bleachers. "Hey, Y/n. Whatever happens, don't die." Delilah speaks. "Don't worry, I won't." I give her a smile and look over at Draco. "Why are you wearing a suit?" I ask as I raise a brow looking at Draco's black suit.
"Shut up, half-blood." He replies. I then walk down the bleachers but before I make it all the way down Angelica runs up to me. "Y/n! Good luck to you and Fleur." She whispers. "Thank you..." I answer.
Angelica returns to her seat with the Weasley twins and Isabelle. I make eye contact with Isabelle and she gives me a small worried smile. I walk down the bleachers and stand next to Harry as Dumbledore explains the tournament.
"Earlier today, Professor Moody placed the Triwizard Cup deep within the maze. Only he knows it's exact position." He began. "Now, as Mr Diggory, and Mr Potter, tied for first position, they will be the first to enter the maze. Followed by Mr Krum, Ms Delacour and Ms Potter."
Me and Fleur look over at each other in concern as we appear to be last. "Contestants, gather round." Dumbledore speaks. We all get into a circle around Dumbledore as he discusses more of the details with us.
