"What does the Ministry of Magic have against us?" Harry asks. "Show them. They'll find out soon enough." Moody insists. Professor Lupin hands me and Harry the daily prophet and on the front page it says 'The twins who lie?' "That's rubbish!" I spat.

"He's been attacking Dumbledore as well." Lupin confesses. "The Minister thinks Dumbledore's after his job." He adds. "But that's insane, no one in their right mind could believe that Dumbledore-" Harry argues but then gets cut off by professor Lupin.

"Exactly the point. Fudge isn't in his right mind." He continues. "Fear makes people do terrible things, Potters." It seems as if nobody in the Ministry believes that Voldemort has truly come back. "The Minister will do anything to avoid facing the terrifying truth." Lupin stated.

"We think Voldemort wants to build up his army again." Sirius explains. "We believe Voldemort may be after something." He continues. "Sirius." Moody tries to stop him from telling me and Harry too much.

"Something he didn't have before." Sirius continues. "Like a weapon?" I wonder. "No. That's enough. They're just children!" Molly steps in. "If Voldemort's raising an army we want to fight." Harry stated.

Sirius leans back in his chair and gives us a wink. That night I started to have nightmares once again of what happened with Voldemort in the graveyard and what could happen tomorrow if me and Harry do get expelled.

Our hearing is only an hour away as we walk with Arthur Weasley to the Ministry. "Here we are." He smiles as he leads me and Harry into an old telephone booth. Arthur places some money in and suddenly the booth starts taking us underground into the Ministry.

The Ministry is filled with many witches and wizards walking around everywhere. The walls are made of black polished bricks making the walls look kinda cool. Harry and I follow Arthur around the ministry to go to our hearing with the Minister of Magic.

"Oh. They've changed the time of your hearing." Arthur announces. I let out a relieved sigh as Harry does the same. "When is it?" Harry asks. "In five minutes." Arthur answers. Great. As we get out of the elevator and walk down the hall I accidentally bump into someone.

"Sorry-" I look up and see Draco standing next to his father. Lucius hits Draco's arm probably encouraging him to not be nice to me. "Watch it, Potter." Draco spat. I roll my eyes and bump his shoulder when I walk passed him.

"Speak only when you're spoken to, keep calm. You both have done nothing wrong." Arthur smiles trying to reassure us before we go in. Me and Harry walk into the hearing and sit down on two chairs next to each other in the center of the room.

"Disciplinary hearing of the 12th of August into offended committed by Harry James Potter and Y/n Lily Potter-" The Minister starts talking as suddenly Dumbledore walks in and cuts him off. "Witness for the defense!" "Charges?" Dumbledore asks.

"The charges against the accused are as follows that they knowingly produced a Patronus Charm in the presence of a Muggle." The Minister explains. "Do you deny producing said Patronus?" He asks. "No, we-"

We continued to go back and forth and me and Harry continued to get cut off by even more questions. "We were only doing it because of the dementors." Harry stated. "Muggles can't see dementors." The Minister argues. "We're not lying!" I speak.
