Without you | Draco Malfoy x Y/n Potter

I sigh and walk to professor Umbridge's office for detention and Delilah walks with me. As I'm walking there I accidentally run into Draco in the hallway. Of coarse. "Watch it, filthy half-blood!" He spat.

"You seriously need to learn how to walk properly." He mutters walking past me. "Seriously, Draco. Piss off!" Delilah shouts. "I can walk perfectly fine!" I yell at him from further down the hall.

I walk to Umbridge's office just hoping to not get my hand hurt again since I just took off the bandages. Delilah waits patiently outside just incase anything happens. I enter the room and see her staring at me with the same smile once again as she sits at her desk.

"Hello, Ms Potter. I'm sure you know why we're here." She smiles. I take a seat in front of her and I look at the table and see a piece of paper and the same quill I wrote with last time. Great.

"Can I use my own quill this time?" I ask. "I don't see why that would be necessary." She grins and giggles to herself. I sigh and grab the quill. "You must write 'I must be lady-like' and I'm sure you know how many times." She says.

This is ridiculous. I think to myself before writing on the paper. Once again after writing it a few times my hand starts to feel that stinging pain once again. But for some reason it's sharper this time and bleeds way quicker.

After a few more times of writing the same sentence blood is dripping from the words carved into my skin. "Excellent." Umbridge grins. I place the quill back and walk out of her office and see Delilah standing there.

She looks down at my hand and her eyes widen. She's not surprised that Umbridge did it again, she's surprised because of how much it's bleeding. "God, Y/n. Come on, we need to get your hand cleaned and bandaged." Delilah says.

She grabs my other hand and leads me up to the dorm and quickly helps me clean off my hand and wrap bandages around it. We run down the corridors to where the room of requirement would be and stand in front of the wall.

Two giant doors appear in front of Delilah and I and we push them open and enter the room. I look around and see everyone trying new spells and Harry helping them out.

He smiles when he sees me and runs over to me. He gives me a hug then looks down at my hand. "What happened!?" He asks. "Did Umbridge do this to you?" "Yeah... But it's nothing." I reply. Harry sighs and looks away from my hand and over to Delilah.

I look over to Delilah as well and smile as an idea pops into my head. "Want to learn how to cast a Patronus Charm?" I smile. "Oh, my gosh. Hell yeah!" Delilah replies and takes her wand out of her pocket.

I take my wand out to demonstrate. "Alright. You must think of your happiest memory, then say 'Expecto Patronum.' It's easy." I say. I wave my wand and say, "Expecto Patronum." And an owl flies out of the blue light from my wand.

I don't really know why my Patronus is an owl but Harry said it suits me. "Ooohhh! Pretty." Delilah says as she watches me. "Thanks! Now you try." I smile.

Delilah waves her wand. "Expecto Patronum!" Suddenly a tiger comes out of the blue light from her wand and my eyes widen. "Wow, you did it!" I cheer. "This is sick!" Delilah smiles.

I help a few other of my friends with the Patronus Charm like Neville, Ginny and Angelica. After all that me and Delilah head back to our dorm and I flop onto my bed.
