I'll be posting all illness's she claims to have here  a long with some information her boyfriend put into a Go Fund Me for Emily I mainly made this chapter just so I don't lose track of everything she's claiming to have and also so if anything new pops up I'll have a place to store it all.

My research on OCD:

People with OCD may have obsessions, compulsions, or both. Obsessions are repeated thoughts, urges, or mental images that are intrusive, unwanted, and make most people anxious. Common obsessions include: Fear of germs or contamination. Fear of forgetting, losing, or misplacing something.

Compulsive behaviour
cleaning and hand washing.
checking – such as checking doors are locked or that the gas is off.
counting.
ordering and arranging.
hoarding.
asking for reassurance.
repeating words in their head.
thinking "neutralising" thoughts to counter the obsessive thoughts.

How does an OCD person act?
Constantly seeking approval or reassurance. Rituals related to numbers, such as counting, repeating, excessively preferencing or avoiding certain numbers. People with OCD may also avoid certain people, places, or situations that cause them distress and trigger obsessions and/or compulsions.

Does OCD cause you to wash your hands until they bleed?
OCD sufferers generally believe that their obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors are irrational but feel helpless to resist them. Those with hand-washing compulsions are obsessed with fear of contamination and often wash their hands repeatedly until they are chapped, raw and sometimes even bleeding.

My own Research on POTS :

While some of the physical symptoms of POTS overlap with the symptoms of anxiety, such as tachycardia and palpitations, POTS is not caused by anxiety. POTS patients are often misdiagnosed as having anxiety or panic disorder, but their symptoms are real and can severely limit a person's ability to function.

Certain symptoms of postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS) happen when you stand up and get better when you lie down, such as:
dizziness or light-headedness.
fainting or almost fainting.
noticeable heartbeats (heart palpitations)
chest pain.
shortness of breath.
shaking and sweating.

Symptoms include lightheadedness, fainting, and rapid heartbeat, which are relieved by lying down again.

What are the symptoms of an overactive vagus nerve?
You may experience:
Abdominal pain and bloating.
Acid reflux (gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD).
Changes to heart rate, blood pressure or blood sugar.
Difficulty swallowing or loss of gag reflex.
Dizziness or fainting.
Hoarseness, wheezing or loss of voice.

What is the function of the vagus nerve?
The vagus nerve is responsible for the regulation of internal organ functions, such as digestion, heart rate, and respiratory rate, as well as vasomotor activity, and certain reflex actions, such as coughing, sneezing, swallowing, and vomiting.

My Research on Signs and symptoms of long COVID.

Brain fog, loss of concentration, or memory issues (cognitive impairment)
headache.
broken sleep.
pins and needles, and numbness (peripheral neuropathy symptoms)
dizziness.
sudden confusion (delirium) particularly in older people.
difficulties moving around (mobility impairment)

Yes, long COVID can be a disability.
