Chapter 12: Mobile Task Force (Part 3)

Agent:"Alright, back to MTF."

Anis:"Alright then, what's next ?"

MTF Lambda-14 ("One Star Reviewers")

Anis:"One star reviewers ? What are they, food critics or something ?"

Agent:"Kinda."

Neon:"Even restaurants can be anomalous as well ?"

Agent:"Yeahhhhhhhhhhh."

Task Force Mission: A task force that specializes in dealing with retail-oriented locations and anomalies, be they singular restaurants or entire shopping districts displaying anomalies. Since their initial investigation of The Ambrose Restaurant, MTF Lambda-14 has been assigned to work to combat this group.

Anis:"Huh, so it's more than just restaurants." 

Neon:"I almost forgot that everything can be anomalous..."

Red Hood:"What is The Ambrose Restaurant ?"

Agent:"Well, it's a chain restaurant found in almost every extradimensional port of call, from the bustle and rain of Three Portlands to the high tech high-streets of Eurtec."

Red Hood:"So it's everywhere ?"

Agent:"Seems like it."

Anis:"For some reasons, I heard it somewhere in the Ark."

Neon:"Me too. That restaurant sounds really nice, but something about it felt wrong."

Agent:"Let's continue."

Since their initial investigation of an Ambrose restaurant, MTF Lambda-14 has concentrated on dealing with this specific group, in whatever form they might take.

Lambda-14 is comprised of two containment teams, fifty mobile agents, ten thaumaturgy specialists, and twenty anomalous art specialists. They are based out of containment Site-34 in Southern California, though their nature as an MTF means that they don't stay there for very long.

Anis:"Thaumaturgy?"

Agent:"It's magic."

Anis:"Huh, that's neat to know."

Agent:"Well, magic that can bend reality."

Anis:"Wait what ?!"

Neon:"They have reality bending magic !?"

Agent:"Well yes."

Red Hood:"Then what about anomalous art specialists ?"

Agent:"Not sure but they do something about anomalous stuffs. Yeah. Continue on."
