Agent:"Alright, before continue with the MTF, I'mma show you guys another faction, that's also about anomalies and stuffs, but rather... they kill those."
Anis:"So another anomalous organiztion that rather than contain, they kill ?"
Agent:"Yes."
The Global Occult Coalition (GOC)
Overview: The GOC was created in the aftermath of WWII, from the remnants of defecting occultists, psychics, priests, and scientists from Nazi, Soviet, and Allied states, brought together and formed by the Allies. As the world stage broadened, so too did the number of countries that had their hands in the GOC, until it became what it is today.
"Global Occult Coalition...?" Anis asks.
"Exactly."
"They were created in the aftermath of... what exactly?" Red Hood asks.
"World War II, they just short cut it."
"Alright."
"How did they got so much all of those people?" Smol White asks, seemingly surprises by the amount of people that GOC in the aftermath of WWII.
Rapunzel finds it interesting that there's priests.
Nikkes that are science related find it amusing about these scientists that come from Nazi, Soviet and Allied states, they wonder what kind of technology they can make.
But the main thing is they're the remnants of defected, formed by the Allies. They decided to question that later.
The GOC are a largely political force, seeing themselves as the police of the paranormal world. They pride themselves on destroying supernatural entities, and make use of the most high-tech experimental technology possible, obtained from their benefactors. Many potential SCPs have been destroyed by them before the Foundation could obtain and contain them.
"There's even politicians in the paranormal world?" Anis asks.
"Yes."
"A.C.P.U but paranormal, got it."
Meanwhile the A.C.P.U actually like how this is, except for the fact that GOC destroys SCPs before the Foundation could obtain and contain those so they're having second thought.
"What kind of high-tech experimental technology?" Maxwell asks, she's into this.
"Better than the Ark, even Eden also." Agent continues, "I mean no offense on this one, it's just that different worlds, different stuffs, and also different rules."
The Nikkes are fine with that, with how the paranormal world is, comparing their own world to this one is basically just a dead end.
They have been both on the side of the Foundation and against it at times, depending on the situation. They largely hold the Foundation in contempt for their use and containment of SCP items rather than their out-and-out destruction. The GOC has respected the Foundation's formidable might enough to leave it mostly alone, although there have been some questionable incidents with which the GOC have strictly denied involvement.
Agents of the GOC are to be treated with suspicion.
"So they're frenemies?" Red Hood asks.
"Well, more or less but yeah." Agent replies.
"Can you show us their technology?" Maxwell asks.
"Uh, no. You can't recreate their technology." Agent replies as Maxwell felt a bit sadden, but not like the Ark has enough for her to do that anyway.
"Do they have a logo or not?" Anis asks.
"Wait me a sec." Agent says as he shows the Nikkes GOC logo.

The logo shows to be a star, with a target sign on earth as well as well their missions around the circle/star: Protection, Concealment, Survival, Education, Destruction.
The Nikkes find this one to be pretty interesting, although not all of them like the destruction part, but the other parts they're fine with it.
"Does it means that GOC and SCP are two sides of a coin?" Anis asks.
"They are. One stand for contain, the other stand for destruction, most of their jobs are the same, the only different is just that, and it make them have some problems sometimes but they cooperate on good things, too." Agent explains, it's vague to a certain extend, but enough.
"So what do they work on? Surely there has to be where they cooperate, right?" Neon asks.
"Oh they did, trust me. Lemme show you guys." Agent says as he go and puts on a file, a file of a SCP that both SCP and GOC made, alongside the help of one more faction.
