Taylor Swift and Daughter oneshots

First Game

"I think it would be pretty cool if you did one where Aspen goes to her first game, which is the Super Bowl and how she goes down on the field with Taylor and Donna!"

Aspyn: 11-years-old

Ever since Aspyn met Travis back in November, she had been begging to go to a football game, the young girl seemed to have fallen in love with the sport at a young age, having watched many games with her grandfather since she was little. Taylor and Travis had gone back and forth on the idea many times, Taylor just trying to work out what was best for her daughter. 

On the one hand Taylor was very aware of the fact that her daughter would love the game, and would have an amazing time at one of Travis's games watching him play. However there was also the worry of whether or not she would find it overwhelming, there were a lot of people at the games, and the young girl wasn't really used to being around that many people. She was still just a kid, and Taylor wanted to make sure that what she was doing would be the right call for her daughter. Travis had made it clear to Taylor that he would support her in what ever she decided to do when it came to bringing Aspyn to one of the games, And while he would love for both of them to be there cheering him on, he was also well aware of the fact that Taylor had to put Aspyn's needs first. 

As time went on there were less and less games that Aspyn could go to, finally there was the Bills game, and if the Chiefs won that then the Super Bowl. After a talk with Travis, Taylor ended up deciding not to bring Aspyn to the Bills as she was aware from what Travis had told her that while for him and the other players the energy was electric, it could also be overwhelming. 

So ultimately, the Superbowl ended up being Aspyn's first game. Both Taylor and Aspyn had been in Tokyo as Taylor had concerts. The singer knew that both Aspyn and herself were going to be tired and the jet lag was probably going to be awful, but  it would all end up being worth it.

Taylor had let Aspyn sleep for most of the journey, knowing that her daughter would defiantly need it. But an hour before they were meant to land, Taylor woke her up and got her to get changed. Aspyn's outfit consisted of Travis's jersey, a pair of light blue jeans, red converse and a red bow, with the number '87' embroidered on it. The bow had been a gifted to Aspyn by Donna,  shortly after they first met. It was one of Aspyn's favourite things to wear, she had managed to weave it into most of her outfits now. 

Taylor was dressed all in Black with a red jacket and her hair tied up in a ponytail , both swift girls ready to go to the Super Bowl. 

When they arrived, Taylor ended up meeting Blake, Andrea as well as the rest of the small group that they were meeting up with, Aspyn was holding on to both her mothers hand as well as her grandma's hand slightly overwhelmed with the noise as they moved through the stadium and up to the VIP box. As soon as they were in the box, Aspyn immediately took note of the fact that Donna, Ed, Jason and Kylie were all in the box causing her to smile. 

Aspyn had really loved Travis's family, they were always so welcoming. She loved getting to talk and play with both Wyatt and Elliotte. She loved being around both Kylie and Jason, both of them showing the same affection to Aspyn as they did with their daughters. Donna and Ed also seemed to just accept Aspyn into their lives, knowing that their youngest son loved both Aspyn and Taylor.
