Abilities:

Spectral Dragonoid Transformation: The user can transform into a humanoid incarnation of the Renegade Pokémon, Giratina. The transformation drastically alters the appearance of the user as well as allows the user to utilize a variety of different powers, including:

• Imperfect Intangibility- In this form, the user can become intangible and pass through solid objects like walls. The user is also immune to damage from standard physical and melee combat forms. However, the user can still take damage from physical attacks imbued with elements like ice and darkness.

• Spectral Energy Manipulation- The user can manipulate one's own shadow and manifest shadow-like energy to perform a variety of attacks, such as the user extending his own shadow to attack an enemy from behind, the user imbuing his hands in shadow-like energy to form claws to strike an opponent, or creating a ball made of spectral energy and launching it at his opponent

• Spirit of the Dragon- After undergoing the spectral transformation, the user becomes a dragonoid, which allows the user to perform a variety of draconic attacks. For instance, the user can fire a light-blue beam from his mouth that can possibly paralyze the opponent if successfully landed. The user can also surround his hands in a light-green claw-shaped aura and strike his opponent for massive damage. Upon complete mastery of one's draconic power, the user can also summon a storm of comets to rain down onto his opponents

• Shadow Tendrils- The user can manifest up to six black shadowy tendrils on his back. The user can use these tendrils to help capture targets or attack them with the red spiked tips of the tendrils.

• Distortion Hopping- The user can open portals to a strange dimension called the Distortion World. The user can enter and exit this strange world at will.

• Basic Elemental Resistance- The user takes less damage from attacks derived from standard elements of the Earth, such as water, fire, grass, and electricity.

Downsides: In the spectral dragonoid form, the user takes more damage from attacks imbued with certain elements such as darkness, ice, spectral energy, and draconic energy. The user can also be forced to detransform if he is extremely low on energy.

Description of Idea:  Izuku Midoriya was expecting his life to become more chaotic and stressful after his mom was admitted to a hospital and put on life support after being crushed under some rubble during the All Might and AFO battle at Kamino. Still, he would never have expected to be jumped and beaten to near death after returning to school from visiting his mom in the hospital one night by most of his classmates and several teachers only for it to be revealed that he was being arrested and sentenced without a trial to life in prison at Tartarus due to multiple pieces of evidence including video evidence, documents, and text messages indicating that he is the UA traitor responsible for the attacks at the USJ and the training camp. 

Now, the green-haired boy was sitting alone in a prison cell, with only his thoughts to keep him company. The only source of positivity in Izuku's mind was the fact that not everyone at UA believes he is the traitor, and the green-haired boy hoped that his few true friends from Class 1-A, his friends from 1-B, and the two teachers who actively tried to stand up for him during his arrest, Vlad King and Midnight, would be able to prove his innocence soon.
