Description of Idea: Ever since Ketsubutsu Academy High School's extremely one-sided defeat at the hands of Class 1-A during the Provisional License Exam, life has become more stressful for the students and teachers at the school. With the extreme lack of hero students from Ketsubutsu  passing the Provisional License Exam in recent years, the school has been seen as the black sheep of Japan's hero schools, leading to the school constantly being mocked and criticized by the hero media for their lackluster results compared to other hero schools like Shiketsu and UA. Unfortunately for Ketsubutsu, it does not help that their recent smackdown at the hands of Class 1-A was posted on social media by another UA student who was spectating the Provisional Exam, which has made the hero students of the school the laughingstock of the hero student community with their students being verbally picked on by students from other hero schools. On top of that, the school is also facing criticism from the Hero Public Safety Commission (HPSC) and threats of being shut down if their results don't improve.

Unfortunately, the Ketsubutsu Academy High School faculty did not have much time to contemplate or think of a plan to save their school as a public incident that featured a fight between Yo Shindo and Katsuki Bakugo, which began as a result of the Explosion quirk user's aggressive and mean spirited heckling of the Vibrate quirk user, resulted in Ketsubutsu facing immediate termination. At the same time, UA remains unscathed due to its legacy and popularity among the media. However, before the doors of Ketsubutsu Academy High School could be closed for good, the principal of UA, the rat god himself, Nezu, proposes an idea to the HPSC: A temporary student exchange program to highlight how both schools possess the skills needed to raise great heroes. When this proposition was announced to the hero course students after approval from the HPSC, the immediate assumption was that Katsuki Bakugo would be the one transferred to Ketsubutsu Academy High School since he was the UA student involved in the public fight with Shindo from Ketsubutsu, but much to the surprise of both the hero students and the faculty, the rat god had elected Izuku Midoriya to be transferred to the lesser known hero school for a few months.

Unbeknownst to the rest of UA, Nezu chose the green-haired boy to represent UA in the student exchange program for particular reasons. Nezu greatly respected Ketsubutsu Academy High School but knew the school had deficiencies compared to other schools that were not even the school's fault. The rat god of UA believes that the analytical mind of the green-haired boy might be just what the students of Ketsubutsu need to help them improve their ability to rival the students of more well-known and popular hero schools. Nezu also believes this temporary exchange could benefit the green-haired boy's confidence and strength as a leader since he will not be in a class that includes a quote-on-quote rival who always tries to belittle him. Will Nezu's hypothesis be proven correct? Only time will tell.
