Draco's POV

Draco regretted what he said but what else could he of done. In a way he was sort of protecting Hermione. Crabbe and Goyle would have told the whole school and Hermione would have been completely embarrassed. At least she didn't hear.

Hermione's POV:

As soon as Crabbe and Goyle waddled out the room Hermione stood up swiftly.
"Why the are you using me, and you were going to sell me to Voldemort? How low can you get?"
"No I didn't mean it I was trying to protect you,"
"No Draco you were protecting yourself,
Hermione ran out the room, slamming the door behind her. Tears were running down her face. Draco ran after her, stumbling to get up, his eyes had tears in them as well.
"Hermione...I'm sorry...don't leave me," he panted, following her through the empty common room. Hermione snapped round.
"DRACO YOU DONT GET IT!!! YOU USED ME!"
Hermione tried to remain calm but it all just flew out of her. When she got up to the Great Hall she realised that Draco was close behind her so she sprinted upstairs and shouted the password to the common room so quickly that the portrait had no time to reply. The door was slammed by Hermione as soon as she got in, giving Draco no time to say anything. She ignored the stares and comments from the other Gryffindors and rushed up to her room. She especially couldn't stand the sight of Ron or Lavender. The bad thing was that Lavender shared a dorm with Hermione. Hermione was heartbroken. She had her heart snapped in half by two boys all in the same week.
