"Thanks for coming, Aris, Laiy. I missed you both." Melissa said.

"You're welcome, bestie! Ang ganda ng 25th mo, parang nag 18 ka lang, dai! Anyway, congrats for being 25. Tanda mo na pala." litanya ni Aris.

I really hate this man's speech, every single time. Nakakainis din eh.

"Aris. Tumahimik ka na nga." hindi ko na napigilan ang aking bibig.

He rolled his eyes at me, "Oo na, Oa na ako, inaamin ko naman."

Tumawa kami pareho ni Melissa, that was a great time for us to reunite. Sobrang dami naming na miss na birthdays, parties, and everything about our youth.

Nakakamiss lang. Mas gusto ko nalang tuloy ang maging bata ulit.

Melissa is actually our senior way back. Aris and I are classmates in senior years, Matt, were older than us for 1 year. When we turned college, Melissa, and Aris were in the same club. And I am in different clubs from him, they became close friends, at unti-unting naging close kami ni Melissa. She's three years older than us.

"Namiss ko tuloy ang kainan sa karinderya dahil nag-iipon." saad ni Aris.

I also... miss that so much. Minsan kasabay pa naming kumain ang barkada ni Matt, at siya.

Everything change everytime you confessed.

"I also miss that." saad ko sakanila.

They both turned their attention at me, they smiled at me.

"I know." Melissa smiled at me.

"Sino bang hindi makakamiss no'n eh, crush ko kasabay kung kumain e-" he wasn't able to finish his sentence when I closed his mouth because Matt and his friends where coming to our direction.

"Ate Mel, aalis na kami, salamat sa imbitasyon." si Geo, isa sa mga kaibigan ni Matthieus.

"No worries, Geo and friends. Salamat sa pag-punta." saad naman ni ate Mel at ngumisi sa mga 'to.

Matt and I was dumbfounded when we accidentally looked at each other, eye to eye. Fudge, our eyes met.

"Una na kami, 'te Mel, Aris, Laiy." si kuya Bong, isa sa mga seniors namin dati.

Tumango lang ako, ngumisi naman si Aris at marami pang sinabe.

Nag-tagal pa kami ng ilang oras doon hanggang sa napagdesisyunan na naming umalis ni Aris.

"Salamat sa pag-punta, Laiy, Aris. Kita tayo sa susunod." Melissa smiled at us.

"Alis na po kami, tito Fred, tita Isla, Matt." pagpapa-alam ni Aris.

Tumango lang ako sa mga ito, ito rin lang ginawa ng mga lalaking Velaszquez, habang si tita Isla, at Melissa ay humalik muna sa pisngi ko, at nag-paalam kay Aris.

I was thingking about what happened in the pass as I drove back to the house.

Just how the hell did I confess years ago?

Matt were ready to go to states that time, and I was a little girl who likes him since highschool.

I confessed my feelings before, when his about to go to states, but then he almost didn't make it to the airport in time because of the sudden confession I did make.

Sinabi kong may sakit ako ng araw na iyun kaya't sobrang nag-alala siya at si Melissa, but then it was just a joke, I was immature back then when I joked about that thing. Just so he will not go away from home, which is philippines.
