"Ughh!! Who are you just tell me naaa" She shouted

"I'm Ved... Ved Oberoi... Best friend of Neil" He replied

~Shalini's inner voice~

{ Oh so he is the best friend Reet was talking about..... Let me become friends with him then I can get to know about Neil }

"Oh I'm Shalini... Shalini Arora" extends her hand

Ved handshakes with her.

"I'm sorry for his behavior.... He is like that" He said with a sigh

"How are you tolerating him then?" Shalini asked with curiosity

Ved places his hand on Shalini's shoulder and said

"You're new here.. enjoy your new school"

Ved leaves from that place

"Heyyy!! Both of them are very weird and cute especially Neil"

"Oyeeee let's gooo!!! Next class is there" Reet shouted from behind

"Coming!!!!!"

Next class was of Chemistry practical

Teacher said, "All the students will be pair with each other... I'll call out names and then you guys find your lab partner"

"Okay ma'am"

Shalini wished, "Please god make me pair up with Reet.. cause I don't know any of them"

"So Shalini your lab partner is Aryaan"

"Who is this Aryaan now?" Shalini mumbled

Reet come running towards Shalini.

"Woah woah!! Slow down"

"Ah! I just came here to warn you from Aryaan" Reet replied by taking deep breath.

"But why?? What will he do?"

"Do as I'm saying please Shalini" Reet requested

"Fine fine don't worry" Shalini assured her.

Reet smiles and says, "Thank you"

Shalini asked, "So who is your lab partner?"

Reet rolls her eyes, "Oh it's Ved"

"Ved? as if Ved Oberoi??"

"Yeahh.. How did you know? wait wait you met with him earlier?"
Reet asked

"Yeahh few minutes ago he came and we talked.. He is weird too"

Reet replied with a laugh, "Yeah he is but not like Neil.. at least he talk but he tease me alot"

"That's why you rolled your eyes" Shalini laughs

"Yeahh... He is very polite with others but he always tease me"
Reet pouts.

"Maybe you're someone special" Shalini giggles

"Holy moly.. never yar"

"Students please maintain discipline and hope all of you find your partners" Teacher shouted

"Ohh god I haven't find out my partner"

Reet pointed at a person, "There he is"

Shalini looked the direction and saw a boy surrounded by girls
and flirting.

"Now I understood why you were warning me" Shalini said

Shalini went to that direction and stood for minute. Suddenly Shalini caught Aryaan's attention.

"Hey beautiful! You're new here I guess"

"Yeahh" Shalini replied uncomfortably

Aryaan scanned her from top to bottom and said, "Let's go pretty"

Aryaan held Shalini's hand. Shalini was uncomfortable by his touch. She tried to leave but his grip was strong.

Suddenly a hand came in between and held Aryaan's hand.

Shalini was shocked to see that person.
