Little Legolas and his Ada

Thranduil is sick

One morning in the Woodland Realm 4 year old Legolas was waiting for his father at the breakfast table, and he kept on waiting, and he was wondering where he was " I wonder what's taking my father so long?" Legolas said as he waited for his Ada but he never came downstairs. So his son decided to go check on him. " Ada are you OK? Legolas said as he walked into his father's bedroom.  " Legolas is that you my little boy". says Thranduil and a raspy voice, and his little boy said " Ada are you ok"?" Says Legolas as he ran to his father and sat on the bed, and he looked over and his daddy and his father had red eyes and snot coming out of his nose. " Ada what's wrong are you sick? Legolas said as his father coughed and sneezed. "Legolas Ada doesn't feel so well "Please don't get too close my little one I don't want you to get sick". Thranduil said as he sneezed into his elbow and he coughed, and then he threw up. When his little leaf saw how sick How his Ada was he began to cry. 😢 " my little boy please don't cry everything will be alright".Thranduil said as he held Legolas in his arms " shhh my boy Ada will be safe and I will get better soon I promise". His father said as he laid down on his pillow. " Ada are you hungry" Legolas said trying to give his father some food, but his daddy said " little leaf daddy is not hungry" thranduil refusing to eat anything. " please Ada you need to eat". Legolas said trying to get his dad to eat something. But later at night Legolas woke up to the sound of his father vomiting. " Legolas please get me a healer. I don't feel so well said his father fainting to the floor. When Legolas saw what you happened to his Ada he got so scared and he started yelling " Ada don't leave me !!!!!!!! Legolas yelled as he cries on his father's chest.  Then little prince stood up and ran all the way to the healer. When the healers saw Legolas running to the healer the doctor said " Prince Legolas what is the matter are you hunt". " no my Ada is really really sick and he fainted. Legolas said as his lip began to quiver, and he began to cry. " please help my Ada I don't want to lose him". Legolas my little one please don't cry I'm going to make your Ada better. The healer said, trying to calm down the nervous little prince. But. Legolas just cried and cried and said " I don't want to lose my father because I love him. Legolas said crying as the healer. Gave his father some medicine and cheeks his temperature. And he said" my king you have a stomach flu. But don't worry nothing serious "but you're going to stay here overnight to make sure you feel better in the morning." When Legolas heard, he couldn't spend the night with his father, he said " why can't I stay with my Ada he needs me Legolas said as the doctor grabbed him by the hand, and said I'm sorry, little prince, but the flu your father has is very serious and contagious. " and you can't be around him at the moment" " no I can't leave my Ada !!!! Said Legolas climbing onto the bed and holding onto his father. " shh don't worry my little leaf please don't cry Ada will be alright I promise." Thranduil said as he took off his old necklace and he said here you go take this with you and he won't be alone because you know I will always be with you I promise. " now I know you're scared, but I will feel better and we can go to the park or anywhere you wanna go or if you don't wanna go anywhere then we can just spend some time together at home but I promise everything will be OK". Later that night Legolas went to Elrond's house to spend the night. But Legolas cried all night long because he really missed his father. He cried so much that his crying woke up. 4 year old little Arwen and the little princess walked into the guest room and she said " what is wrong Legolas are you alright why are you crying? Arwen said as she hugged her friend. " oh Arwen is just that I miss my Ada Legolas said crying again. "Do you want me to get my Ada Arwen said trying to comfort her friend and the little prince nodded his head and he he said he please" when Elrond saw that his daughter was still awake past her bedtime he walked up to her and said " my love why are you still awake" " I thought I told you to go to bed. " but Ada I need to tell you something said Arwen as her father carried her in his arms." Alright munchkin what's the question? What do you have to tell me said her father. " Legolas is having trouble sleeping because he misses his father Arwen said as her daddy puts her back in bed. " Legolas are you alright my dear little one said Elrond entering the room to see the little prince, crying, his eyes out for his father. " I what my Ada!!! Legolas said crying in Elrond's arms. Lord Elrond said " shh my little one please don't be afraid you're going to be alright and your father will be alright too. " but I miss him so much Elrond I can't imagine my life without my father I just love him so much. " shh my precious little one" Elrond said as he rocked Legolas back-and-forth in an old rocking chair, he had in the living room. And the very next morning. Thranduil felt so much better that he was able to go home to his little boy. Later that afternoon Legolas was playing with Arwen in the backyard when he heard the sound of Thranduil's voice and when he saw his father he ran to him and jumped into his arms and started crying" oh Ada I thought that I was going to lose you please don't scare me like that again please Legolas said crying as his Ada hugs him so tight. " shh my son daddy's all better and he is with you now. Thranduil said as his son continued to cry until he said " did you get something to eat father? Are you hungry? " yes my little leaf Ada is really hungry and he wants to eat some soup because he's really hungry and don't worry I made it for us both here you go and then both father and son ate soup that late afternoon when they finally arrived home and they were just happy to be together again away from danger
