By the way Legolas gets a tummy ache and he gets a little bit sick. I know else don't get sick but he will and this story he eats too much sugar and gets a tummy ache.
One afternoon 4 year old little elfling Legolas found a bag of gummy worms he began to eat them then he found more treats and candy and he began to eat them as well. " yummy candy says Legolas as he ate so much candy and sugar and then he found a jar of cookies and he ate all the cookies in the jar every single one. Everything was fine when all of a sudden his father walked into the kitchen he said " little leaf what is the world are you doing? That's too much sugar. Thranduil said as he tried to take the candy away from his son, but his little boy said " Ada I want candy. I want sugar I want sugar. Legolas said as he tried to take the candy back, but his father grabbed the bag of candy and he said " Legolas why did you wake up so early in the morning to eat this much candy? It's not good for you you could get a tummy ache says Thranduil as he took the bag of lollipops away from his son. But later in the morning at breakfast. Feren said " Legolas aren't you going to eat your toasted Lembas with eggs feren says as he noticed when the little elf wouldn't eat his breakfast and Legolas just stared at his plate for maybe half an hour and refused to eat, but then he got up because he felt a bad pain in his tummy and he ran to the bathroom and throw up. " owww my tummy hurts so much Legolas said as he continued to throw up and then his father noticed that his son was vomiting in the toilet and he said " little leaf I told you you can't eat too much sugar my little elfling i love you, but this is what happens and it is what the consequences are for not listening to daddy. " I'm sorry for listening to you father, but can you help me? " of course my son I will help you, but you have to promise me that you will never eat sugar in the morning again because that can happen to your tummy. It can make it hurt and then you could get sick and I would have to take you to the hospital and I don't think you want to go there. " Ada my tummy hurts so bad Legolas said as he threw up all over his father's cloak. " oh my don't worry my son it's OK I'll clean it up, but I have to give you a bath. Thranduil said as he fills up the tub with warm water but not too hot and not too cold. When the bathwater was ready. Thranduil helped his little boy get undressed and then his father lowered him into the water and then began to wash his son with body wash soap and then his father washed his son's hair because it was also covered in vomit. " Ada i'm very sorry I didn't listen to you this morning. Legolas said crying because he felt so bad because of what he did and he thought he was still in trouble, but his father smiled and said it's OK my son and he want to know a secret when I was a little boy. I ate a lot of sugar too. My favorite candy was chocolate chip cookies with peanut butter says thranduil as he turned off the tabs of the water and pulled the drain and the water drained out of the tub. Then he took a little green towel and warped it around his little son. Then he lifted him up out of the tub and he said stay in the towel my little one I'm gonna get you some clean clothes. As Legolas waited for his father. He was holding his tummy. and he said ow this hurts so bad. And then he ended up throwing up once more, but it wasn't so much throw up and at that moment his father walked in and he said " oh my gosh OK, my sweet boy thranduil said as he started to get concerned for his son's health so he picked him up and got him dressed and let him down on the couch and he found a Thermometer and he puts in his son's mouth and he sat next to him on the couch and began to move his hand up and down on his son's back to comfort him because he was in so much pain. " owww Ada it hurts me so much Legolas said as he got up from the couch and ran to the bathroom and threw up in the toilet again, and this lasted for a half an hour, and this concerned, the king even more to the point where he said " Feren I think we had to get the heelers not feeling too well and he keeps vomiting and I gave him medicine and he threw up. I don't know what else to do. Thranduil said as he felt like a failure as a father, and he began to cry " Feren I feel like a failure. My son is sick and I don't know what to do. Says thranduil as feren tried to calm him down and he said " king thranduil you're not a failure as a father you always try your best and sometimes things happen and we don't know why but the good thing is that I already called the healers and they're on their way and I am pretty sure your little prince will be OK. Feren said as he wrapped the blanket around Legolas because the little elf was shivering. " Ada why are you crying said his sick son who was worried about his father. " oh Legolas I'm just upset because you're sick and I don't know what to do. Don't worry, father I'll be OK I promise
Later in the evening the healers were checking the little prince and they said " king thranduil we have some news to tell you and it's not too good, but there is good news " please tell me what is happening to my little leaf thranduil says as he started to get concerned and worried and he started to panic a little bit, but he calmed down and he said what's wrong with my little boy. " well your little son has a really bad stomach virus, but don't worry we're gonna do a surgery and we're gonna take whatever make him sick out of his stomach and he'll be able to go right after we promise everything will be OK. " may I stay with him during the operation he needs me. I can't leave my son alone, please the king said as he stage to cry, and the nurse looked at him with a smile and she said, of course, you may stay with him during the operation. because I know your son has a very strong bond with you so you may stay with him. As the operation started. Legolas was getting sleepy because of the medicine and he said " Ada will you be here when I wake up? Legolas said in a worried voice because he was really scared because he didn't like to be in the hospital and his father said " don't cry my little one I will be here when you wake up and everything gonna be OK and when you feel better, daddy will take you to the gift shop and you can choose whatever you want and I will buy it for you. " where is feren he said as he started to get even sleepier " your brother is in the waiting room because he gets very worried when people are around and he gets anxious, but he's here because he's worried about you and he said that he will make your favorite dinner when we get home. Thranduil said as he saw his son falling asleep, and then the operation began.
After a few hours, the operation was over and Legolas woke up feeling so much better. His tummy didn't hurt and he was really hungry. His father noticed that he was awake and he said " oh my little Legolas I'm so happy you're feeling better my little son thranduil said as his little elfling woke up "Ada did the nurse say we can go home? Says Legolas as he wanted to know if he could go home. " Feren talked to the nurse and she said we're able to go home today which basically means right now. Thranduil said as he helped his little leaf get dressed in some clean clothes. As he helped him put on her shirt, he noticed that his little boy looked a little sad and he said " little leaf what's the matter? Aren't you happy that you're feeling better. " of course I'm happy that I'm feeling better father it's just I'm sad because I cost so much stress for you. I'm so sorry. Legolas says as he cries and his dad held him in his arms and he said " listen to me twice you didn't cost me stress. I was just stressed out because I was worried about you but it's not your fault. There's nothing you could do that can cause stress that's just part of being a parent. You're a parent you will understand, but I'm just happy that you're feeling better and don't forget that I'm gonna take you to the toy store come on let's go but Dad I had to put on my shoes. Legolas said as he puts on his shoes and Feren helped his little brother tie them.
When they got to the toy shop Feren helped his little brother choose out a toy. It did not take long for Legolas to choose something he wanted. " i what that arrow and bow set father please said the little elfling as he pointed to a big box filled with arrows and bows and he said please daddy can I have this toy. Legolas said as he showed the toy to his father the king looked at the price and he said it's a little pricey, my son how about we get you a stuffed animal says Feren as he looked at the stuffed animals and he said do you want this deer plush he said as he gave the stuffed toy to his little brother. " yes please I want that instead Legolas says grabbing the toy and hugging it tightly his father smiled and said yes I'll buy it for you.
After a few days of recovering the whole family had a picnic on a hill and instead of having sugar and candy for dessert they ate some fruit salad so no one will have a stomachache and from that day on Legolas learned his lesson not to eat so much candy and his father said for being a good boy and eating on your dinner and eating your fruit salad you can have one piece of chocolate 🍫 thranduil says sharing a chocolate bar with his son. " yummy thank you Ada Legolas said enjoying his chocolate bar with his father and later that night at bedtime, he didn't have any more tummy aches, and he slept soundly dreaming about cute things and his favorite food and his favorite dessert chocolate chip cookies.
