Its was 7am when Lucius burst into Lucia's lilac room.

"What do you want now?"The girl asked,not looking up from the book she was reading.

"It's Natalie's birthday today!"Lucius panicked."I haven't got her anything!"

"It's the 5th year of this happening!"

"Please,"Lucius begged."Help me!"

Lucia sighed.

"Chest of drawers,third drawer,left side,green wrapping paper."Lucia said,still not looking up,"Take it and go."

"Thank you,"

"Shut the drawer and Get out!"

And Lucia looked up and counted down.

Her door slammed open again.

"Same place as last year.Take it and go."

Any other time and Lucia would have been Crucioed instantly.

Abraxas took the package and left silently.

It was almost a tradition by now.

Lucius and Abraxas Malfoy forgot to get Natalie a present for her birthday.
So then at 7am Lucius would beg Lucia for a present,followed a minute later by Abraxas.

So the girl had to buy 3 birthday presents and wrap them up.Then give them to both Lucius and her father.And keep one for herself.

On the other side of the Manor,however,Natalie was coughing up blood,while Helena rubbed her back anxiously.

"How long has this been going on?"Her mother asked.

"About a couple of months,"Natalie said.

Helena paled considerably. "No it can't be happening already.You're only 18 today!"

Natalie vomited into the toilet.

Not red blood but black blood.Thick black blood.

"Stay right here,"Helena said."I'm going to get a potion,"

Helena Malfoy quite literally sprinted to get to the potions storeroom,where the Malfoy's kept the potions.

"Blood curse,Blood-replenisher,Sleeping draught,"The woman searched.

Then she remembered that she could apparate,so she apparated back to Natalie's room.

Natalie was paler than usual,so Helena made her drink all three potions and then tucked her into bed.

"WAKE UP YOU LAZY PIG!"Lucius yelled,instantly jerking Natalie awake.

"Wha-?"Natalie exclaimed."Hello to you too,Lucius and Bellatrix."

"Did it happen again?"Bellatrix asked in a low voice,realising how tired her best friend sounded.

Natalie didn't have to ask about what Bellatrix meant.

"Yeah,"She whispered.

"Lucius?"Bellatrix asked,extra sweetly.

"Yeah?"

"Get out!"

Lucius rolled his eyes but left anyway.

"Any new visions?"

Natalie shook her blonde head. "Just the one of Lucia on repeat."

"Happy birthday?"Bellatrix said.

"Thanks,Bella,"

Bellatrix pulled her dark green handbag out of literal nowhere.

She pulled out 3 black parcels and passed them to Natalie.

"Birthday presents!"

"This is why I like you better then Lucius?"Natalie exclaimed,pulling out a notebook out of one parcel.There was a Latin dictionary and a box of cauldron cakes.

"Rudolphus wanted me to give you the dictionary for 'some new useful spells'. You know the spell we created to shut someone's mouth?"

Natalie nodded.

"Have you perfected it yet?"

"Almost."

"I'm getting initiated for the Death Eaters on the 27th,"Bellatrix said.

Natalie looked up.She had a horrible feeling about it."Do you know what you're supposed to do?Like to gain a place in their ranks?"

"The Dark Lord sends you out on a mission.That's what Rudolphus said anyway."

"How's it like being married?"

Bellatrix shuddered. "It's horrible,but hey at least Rudolphus is one of my friends,you know."

"Yeah,"
