[Ganbatte] = Japanese Alphabet translation
" 頑張って " = talking in Japanese

Time : 09.00 p.m.

A purple portal appeared in one of the dark alley in Malaysia, a dark purple fog with glowing yellow eyes wearing a bartender clothes is seen coming out of the portal. After it (?) Came out the portal quickly close on it's own.

The mysterious mist turn out to be Kurogiri, one of the member of League of Villains, in Japan. Anyway luckily no one saw him coming out of the portal, at the dark alley, yeah no one....

"『uhhh am i hallucinating or am i seeing a walking mist right now』 <drunk>"  or maybe there is someone, a drunk man said and he couldn't believe his eyes.

Suddenly without any warning the mysterious mist attack the drunken man and immediately finish him off, 'it wouldn't be good to leave any witnesses' he thought. He then open a portal and throw the man's body inside the portal, no one know where the portal led to.

After doing that the mysterious mist started his mission, of course he'll be moving at night so that no heroes detected his presence, after all he doesn't want to fight any heroes right now.

Well that would happen only if the heroes actually exist in Kuala lumpur. Now you might ask what does it meant right? Well in Malaysia, Quirk is banned at Kuala lumpur. Why? Because the Government of Malaysia decided that Malaysia capital city will be a citty with no quirk.

That way quirkless people in Malaysia could live more comfortable without worrying about their safety and if their children are quirkless or if they're quirkless. Kuala lumpur, is Malaysia quirkless protection base but it's also the city with the most advanced technology in the world.

Thanks to the vilains with quirk that didn't wanna listen and still dare crossing to Kuala lumpur with the intentions to make a scene there, The Malaysia government had no choice but to advance it's technology so that they can fight off the villains that have quirk.

Oh and have i told you that most of the Malaysia government member for Kuala lumpur is quirkless and they fought the villain that have quirk with just technologies, yup, cool right!

But just because most of the members is quirkless doesn't mean they don't accept those with quirk, they do accept them but they mostly work for the government outside of Kuala lumpur so that when their quirk are uncontrollable they won't hurt the quirkless citizen.

So yeah now most of the villains does not  dare to touch the city and thus the quirkless citizen in Kuala lumpur live in safety without any need to be worrying about any danger.
