Twilight has fallen by the time I reach the place where Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé are already present. They are my bandmates, and together, we're the Blackpink.

I greet them with a beso before settling into my assigned chair for hair and makeup.

"You 6 minutes late, Jennie," my makeup artist informs me.

I simply nod and apologize, and she proceeds with my look.

Tonight, we're attending a music awards show where we'll be performing. I feel a bit nervous, especially since I tend to have panic attacks in crowded spaces. Nonetheless, I hope everything goes well.

After spending ample time on our looks, we safely arrive at the venue. As expected, there's a sea of fans supporting various groups, including ours.

Lisa walks to our designated seats in front of BTS, one of the biggest groups. I instantly feel shy because I've been conversing with Jimin online for quite some time now. Thanks to Jisoo's friendliness, we're friends now too.

As the awarding continues, we engage in casual conversations. I keep complaining about how short my shorts are, and Jisoo just laughs at me.

"Jendeuk, act normal, but I think I just farted a bit," Jisoo randomly whispers to me and laughs.

"What? Here?" I ask, joining in her laughter.

Jimin hears it and tells Suga, but we pretend not to look their way, avoiding dating rumors.

"Ya, Jimin-ah! Stop laughing," Jisoo says, pretending to talk to me.

Jimin bends a little to talk.

"It's funny, and you whispered it out loud. Jennie-ah, don't be too tense," he teases.

"I'll get back at you, just wait," Jisoo answers with a smile.

Some time before our performance, we are called backstage to prepare. Another group is also readying for their performance.

"Let's go, Blackpink!" Jisoo cheers us up.

"Unnie, I'm nervous," Rosé admits.

"Just enjoy the performance, okay? It will pass."

Lisa looks like she's meditating silently. The backstage staff cheer us up and assure us that we can do it.

When we were introduced, we start as if it's our show, enjoying the moment in a Blackpink mode. I try to avoid making eye contact with the audience, focusing on doing well.

After that, we go backstage for a quick retouch before returning to our seats.

BTS also performs, showcasing their excellent stage presence. When the awards are announced, we manage to secure two awards, while BTS takes home seven, becoming the most awarded.

Every music awards show has an after-party. Though our manager is hesitant due to Jisoo being cut off during the acceptance speech, she ensures it's okay, and it would be a shame not to join.

The after-party is private and strictly for artists only, excluding managers. Media is not allowed, unless the artists themselves choose to share pictures from the party.

Lisa wears a vintage shirt with stylish short shorts, Jisoo dons a cute blue long-sleeved top with a short skirt, and Rosé opts for a long sleeve with a tie under a patterned vest, paired with shorts. They all wear boots, while I go for simple green stripes coordinates matched with chunky white shoes.
