───── ❝ Jennie's POV ❞ ─────
I've been really busy with work and life lately. I'm enjoying every bit of it, so tiredness never becomes a big deal for me.
Whenever I have events to attend, I travel with my mom. She's been my biggest supporter ever since I debuted, and spending every moment with her is the best part it.
We've mostly stayed in Los Angeles, at the house I bought. It's a place of comfort amidst the chaos of my schedule. While there, I even ran into Joshua from Seventeen at a private mutual event, and we clicked instantly. He's become a close friend, someone I can talk to when I need to. Even my mom, who's still unaware of my relationship with Jungkook, really likes him.
For the past few months, I've been traveling back and forth as my work demands. I've attended events in different countries, embracing every opportunity that comes my way. I never find it exhausting because I genuinely love what I do. But in the midst of all this, I haven't had the chance to see Jungkook.
He's busy, and so am I. With BTS releasing music and making various appearances, his schedule has been relentless. Meanwhile, I've been balancing endorsements, group projects, and preparations for Blackpink's anniversary. We've both been so swamped that it's hard to find time for each other.
To stay connected, I send him and the BTS members small gifts—tokens of my love and support. It's my way of letting them know I'm thinking of them. Jungkook reciprocates by sending me flowers before the last bouquet even wilts. It's the sweetest gesture, and I'd be lying if I said it didn't make me giddy. I take pictures of each bouquet and post them in my close friends' Instagram story, wanting to share my happiness discreetly.
I've thought about telling my mom that Jungkook is my boyfriend, but I want him to be present when I do. I want it to be special, not rushed.
Despite the distance, my time apart from Jungkook hasn't been unproductive. One of my biggest achievements this year has been securing ambassadorships with brands like Calvin Klein and continuing my relationship with Chanel. Being a fashion icon means a lot to me because it allows me to express a different side of myself. Calvin Klein felt like a natural fit since I've been a fan of the brand for years, and this partnership has been a dream come true. Of course, I've had many partnerships, but these brands hold a special place in my heart.
Jungkook with BTS have achieved incredible things this year. Their singles broke records, and their nominations at various award shows continue to make history. I'm so proud of him and all that they've accomplished. At the same time, Blackpink has had a memorable year. Rosé and Lisa's solo debuts were massive successes, each breaking records of their own. Jisoo's drama has been highly anticipated, and it's been rewarding to see her explore acting.
As a group, Blackpink celebrated our anniversary with our movie and special content for BLINKs. We didn't have many group promotions, but the projects we worked on felt meaningful, marking a milestone in our journey together.
In the end, I'm romanticizing life. Everything feels great, even with its imperfections. Whether it's work, family, friends, or love, I'm embracing it all. Life may not always give us what we want right away, but it has a way of reminding us what truly matters.

"Yah, Jennie-ah." I heard someone call out just as I stepped out of my car.
I turned toward the familiar voice and spotted Yugyeom standing in front of the café I was heading to. He waved with his trademark grin, looking casual but effortlessly cool. I walked over, bumping his arm lightly with mine.
