⋆˖˚Jungkook's POV .𖥔 ݁ ˖

I checked Jennie's room when my alarm rang, but she wasn't there, so I decided to call her to find out where she was. While I was talking to Jennie, I saw J-Hope waving at me from outside the door, signaling that we should start cooking. When we reached the main house, Jimin, V, and Eunwoo were having fun watching something in the living room, while Mingyu was making meatballs on the kitchen counter.

We greeted and hugged each other before I went to help Mingyu with the cooking. J-Hope also helped by assisting us with the preparation of the ingredients to marinate the meat.

We were already frying the meatballs when the girls arrived. Jennie looked flushed, while Jisoo and Rosé were teasing her. We all went over to greet them. I felt guilty for being a bit wary of Jimin's presence, I need to talk to him soon to sort things out. I really hate feeling jealous.

"We missed each other, so we bonded a bit. Is there anything we can do to help?" Rosé asked with a smile.

"Just sit there and look pretty," Mingyu said, grinning.

"Why was such a flirt even invited here?" Rosé lost her smile before dragging Jennie to the living room.

Mingyu just laughed. That's one of the reasons why they don't get along well, Rosé doesn't like Mingyu's flirty remarks. But it's not my story to tell; everything is just complicated.

"Yeoboseyo, Jisoo-ssi (Hello, Ms. Jisoo)," Mingyu said politely when he noticed Jisoo hadn't followed the other two into the living room, making J-Hope, Eunwoo, and me chuckle.

"Yeoboseyo, (Hello)" Jisoo responded with a smile before heading into the living room.

"They're all really pretty," Mingyu commented.

"You should have brought DK with you," I replied jokingly.

Seventeen is kind of known as Blackpink stans, most of them, and it's funny because they freely admit it and show it without worrying that it might affect both groups. Fortunately, it hasn't.

Going back to reality. We prepared samgyeopsal, bulgogi, and galbi to make grilling easier later. We also cooked tteokbokki, kimchi, japchae, mandu, and some veggies and side dishes for ssam. V and Jimin also got the drinks they bought with the money Jin-hyung sent. They also noticed that one pack of red cups, two bottles of soju, and four beers were missing.

"Oh, that's why Jennie looked flushed," Eunwoo commented, making us look at him in agreement.

We called everyone to eat in the dining area. Jimin also asked the staff to prepare a grilling area in the camping zone for us to move to once we finished here. It was also confirmed that it was HYBE's fault why the security and staff increased, they were making sure that no one would get information about our vacation there.

We ate well while having a casual conversation. I learned that Jennie is close with Woozi, Mingyu's fellow member in Seventeen. Blackpink's circle of friends is really broad, random, unexpected, and overwhelming; they have many friends from different groups and even outside the country. They often hang out abroad because there's a lower chance that paparazzi will come after them, as most of them focus on Hollywood stars. It's actually the same for us, but the difference is that they're friends with other celebrities even if they haven't collaborated with them, which always amazes me.

The girls were the first ones to finish, so they helped move the drinks from the fridge to the camping zone. I insist on helping them, but they also insisted that they could do it, and V was there to help them since he had also finished eating. They brought some chips from the pantry and asked J-Hope to make tanghulu for them, which he happily obliged.
