EXT. SECRET HIDEOUT - AFTERNOON

AN UNKNOWN YOUNG WOMAN SITS AT HER DESKTOP COMPUTER LOOKING THROUGH THE LOCAL NEWS. THE YOUNG WOMAN STOPS AS SHE COMES ACROSS A NEWS ARTICLE DISPLAYING THAT A FAMILY HEIRLOOM IS GOING TO BE ON DISPLAY AT A LOCAL ART MUSEUM.

[Unknown Young Woman]

(Thinking)

They sure do love to broadcast their ancient junk. However, a steal's a steal and who am I to turn down a challenge? I wonder how much of a fight security will put up.

THE UNKNOWN YOUNG WOMAN SPINS AROUND IN HER OFFICE CHAIR.

[Unknown Young Woman]

(Thinking)

Oh, this is going to be so much fun!

EXT. PROMENADE MALL; MOVIE THEATER - LATE AFTERNOON

TO̅MI AND GABRIELLA LEAVE A MOVIE AUDITORIUM DISCARDING THEIR POPCORN BUCKETS IN THE TRASH. GABRIELLA WIPES A TEAR FROM HER FACE AND TO̅MI GLANCES AT HER WITH A SLIGHTLY INCREDULOUS EXPRESSION.

[Gabriella]

Oh, that ending was so sad.

[To̅mi]

Well, it wasn't Casablanca sad. It was more... Romeo and Juliet sad.

GABRIELLA LOOKS AT TO̅MI WITH A SADDENED DEFENSIVE EXPRESSION.

[Gabriella]

Hey, what are you talking about?

[To̅mi]

Well, if you want to be honest, it was just sort of a run-of-the-mill and one note.

[Gabriella]

How could you say that?

[To̅mi]

Gabs, they broke up halfway through the movie because Allen was uncomfortable eating unshelled peanuts at a bar. That's something that anyone should be uncomfortable with. It's always like that too. Someone has a clear and reasonable boundary, which means that the couple must break up to create tension instead of there actually being a reason for them to break up.

[Gabriella]

While that is a good point, could it be because you wanted to see the Blood Match sequel?

[To̅mi]

(Disingenually)

What? No.

GABRIELLA LOOKS AT TO̅MI WITH AN INCREDULOUS EXPRESSION. TO̅MI LOOKS AWAY WITH AN AWKWARD EXPRESSION.

[To̅mi]

Okay, fine. I did want to see the Blood Match sequel, but I wasn't going to make you go to the movies by yourself. Going to the movies is about the experience and the concessions. Besides, I think you're a bit too squeamish to have seen Blood Match.

GABRIELLA GLANCES AT TO̅MI WITH AN INDIGNANT EXPRESSION.

[Gabriella]

Wh—What?! That's not true! I could watch that movie and never even flinch. I'm not that much of a lightweight!

[To̅mi]

Whoa, I didn't mean it like that, Gabs, honest.

GABS LOOKS AWAY WITH A SLIGHTLY HUFFY EXPRESSION.

[Gabriella]

...I know. I don't even see how you find them exciting at all given your... line of work.
